Howdy all,

Here is the post detailing everything you should need to know to apply to be an S60 SMJHL Expansion GM. While our HO, Intern, and other applications are typically more open ended, these two open positions require more than the standard application. We need these GMs to be above and beyond the normal applicants as creating a Juniors franchise from scratch is no easy task. With that being said, please answer the following questions in your application materials:

- What makes you a good General Manager?
- What experience do you have?
- Any relevant skills?
- Do you have any letters of recommendation?
- Are there any other obligations you have that we should be aware of?
- Tell us your plans for the team.
- What kind of environment do you plan on building?
- How will you achieve that?
- Who will you bring in to assist you with this?
- How do you plan on resolving conflict?
- Do you have specific draft aims? Any intentions with FAs?
- What branding ideas do you have?
- Do you have a name?
- Location?
- Logo?
- Anything else relevant to your team’s identity?
- What makes you stand out compared to the other candidates?

This list is not the be all, end all, you may provide as much or as little detail to as many or as few of these as you feel are necessary. Applications can take the shape of many different forms, be they written documents, presentations both powerpoint and/or video, any sort of media that you feel gets your point across.
