Index improvements have been great over the last year or so. Really picked up the pace on changes there. One complaint is the engine not having a csv import feature, but that would make me out of a job so its okay for now. I think if 8 has import features we should switch asap.

I really appreciate how open HO is with their decisions. I think they present their line of thinking clearly and explain it well. So props to all the dogs in HO, bow wow, ruff ruff. One thing I would change is to get rid of the mPT and make AC worth 3. Or world peace if that's on the table.

The thing I love about SHL is most teams designs. They're pretty damn clean. Some are a little "Oh god why" tier but they get carried by the elite designed teams.

The 1 thing that annoys me to shit is the All Star Games. Selections are usually just the dumbest fucking picks or a committee not giving a fuck and picking the top teams. It's like they've never seen a sports league before where weaker teams have great players. Especially when so many people have more than 1 point per game.

I love the standings and stats site. It's always up to date and super clean looking. It's great for newer people on the site to look through.

The SHL has the best forum out of any sim league, the banking system is amazing. To quote Todd Howard, "It just works!"
The only thing I'd change is the gnomedab. You should receive a $100,000 fine for every post that does not include or reference a gnomedab

I think everything's been running pretty smoothly, especially compared to a few years ago. I think an option we could look into, due to the huge social disconnection between the site and Discord, would be big PTs that would get someone a season's worth of TPE. That way they don't have to come back to the site save AC's and training, while not confusing themselves with which tasks they may have already done.

One of many things that this site does very well is its draft. The quality and production that goes into the SHL draft is outstanding and I was super excited to be apart of it. One thing I would change is possibly giving twitter an increase in money. Twitter is a fun way to interact and communicate with not only teammates but opponents and offering more money for it might incentivize more people to join.

I like that point tasks are relatively easy to do, you only have to write 150 words. That opens the door for creative and entertaining points tasks as you don't have to milk the ideas for extra words. Potential improvement could be the ''free agent'' section, barely anything happened with it last off-season. Has potential.

Jonny Tsunami would never change the banking on this website. The banking is top tier and is absolutely the best banking in any of the sim leagues I have ever played.

Likes – I quite enjoy the sim, whenever I have time to watch it.

Dislikes – bring back forum locker rooms. It feels naked and I don’t feel the need to check the forums nearly as much anymore ☹

I like that this league is consistent and we have pretty similar lengths of off-seasons. I like that each day some games happen and you have to come in. Or at least you have some stuff to do if you come here.
I don’t like that we have TPE scale changes so often. Pisses me off.

The banking system has been terrific, and makes life a lot easier when trying to purchase training and the like.

The TPE/update system could use some more work as there is a lot of mistakes that happen from week to week.

Like: The banking system is amazing. Its great to have easy access to all my transactions. Makes much easier to do math esp when you don't have al ot of a cash coming in.

Hate: I hate that the media and pt for the smjhl is separate from the shl. I think think there should be one big point task section and then from there the subsections should shl and smhl and same for media. Have one big media sections an then have the subsections in there. I found it a lil confusing when i first started.

I want to give hella props to the sim team as a whole because they put in a few hours a day to be able to give all of us an interactive feeling with our team and players @Kalakar @AgentSmith630 @sparky and I think a few more but can't remember pings but you're appreciated as well <3

I'm also going to agree with muted that punishments should be dealt by a committee instead of HO having to handle all of that

I like the new index and appreciate that the team responsible was able to follow through. I hate that I don't hate anything about the site. Please do something wrong so I can complain with peace of mind!
