I think the time that I got the angriest was when @Dewalt27 decided to join the league. This was supposed to be my escape from him. My hiding place was found and life has not been the same since.

I think the one time I actually got heated on the SHL was when I decided to test free agency when I was with Tampa Bay. I had my own reasons as to why I decided to do that, and personally, felt attacked by my decision from people I did not even speak to ever on the SHL and felt like I had to explain my reasoning to pure strangers. Was a personal decision and everyone felt like they needed to know why as if it was their business when they should have just stayed in their lane

The angriest I have been on this site is, once being drafted by the greatest team of all time the Calgary Dragons, realizing that an Edmonton team exists. Edmonton is the natural rival of Calgary and their existence is a constant affront to my sensibilities. Boooo Edmonton. BOOOOOOO.

The time I was angriest in the league was when I decided to stay down for a 4th season in Maine and we got screwed by the FHM gods and bounced early in playoffs. We had a stacked team that for whatever reason couldn’t get the job done.

I've been disapointed a lot, either by the League switching us out of a weak division into a strong one (twice now), individuals starting drama for nothing, myself for not living up to what I wanted to be as player and GM, but there was once where it was anger and not disaapointment. When a certain someone wrote a certain article on a certain team prospect pool and left imediatly after. I won't say more about that.

The angriest I've been so far in my time in the SHL is doing SMJHL scouting for the Knights, writing up messages to send out to the new creates, only to get some stupid fucking notification that "DipshitPissbaby has private messages disabled"

How the fuck am I supposed to scout you? How? What am I supposed to do? How did you even figure out how to disable DMs, you just created your fucking account????

It annoys me more than it should.

Some time ago a petition was made. That petition was about me getting banned. The noble idea took a dramatic turn. The few commentators failed to come into an agreement regarding my ban. Instead, they agreed that ''Gabe'' should be banned instead.

Who is Gabe?

I was furious.

I can't say I've ever been genuinely angry on the site. Sure I've been upset a fair share of times, but generally I try to block out the emotions and approach things from a rational perspective. I do feel the need to chime in, especially when an opinion is overrepresented or I see it as being too clouded with emotion, but if ever I'm the one feeling emotion I can take 3o-45 minutes and several drafts before settling on a message that I feel conveys my message without the emotion I'm avoiding.

I don't wish to drag it up again, as it stayed behind closed doors (ones you were behind yourself), but the most upset I think I've ever been while on the site is a particular time where a group of us came together against some claims, and that was not a fun time for my mental health.

So I have some beef with @countchocula as he insulted me as a person, a player, and a pokemon trainer. He insinuated I rode on the cocktails of the mighty Berserkers and that Blaziken is a trash pokemon. I don't think I can forgive him and next time I see him on the ice I might accidentally hack him with my goalie stick because fuck him!

The times that triggered me the most is when updaters got thrown into volcanos for very small mistakes when updating people only because that player would usually have been intentionally trying to cheat/game the system. The punishment comparison between the two offending parties was laughably imbalanced.

Honestly, it's a website. There's some stuff I may disagree with here and there, but ultimately I'm not gonna get angry at anything. The most upset I've probably been is when I lost the S18(?) MVP to Joe McKeil. I outscored him by a point, in like 200 less minutes on ice, but he had more hits than me and I guess that pushed him over me in some people's minds. I also think I should have won the Agante this season, but again, it is what it is and at the end of the day it's just a forum based website.

I got pretty angry at the Simon T sim for what they did to the Season 50 all-in Jets. Bringing in Walter Hobbs for goaltending only to have him go up in flames with an .867 penalty kill save percentage was some real bullshit, and we could've possibly won a Cup had we made playoffs.

Closest I've ever come to being heated was last season during the SMJHL playoffs. The St. Louis Scarecrows were finally having a little playoff success and my player finally had a couple good games after being terrible all season, even scoring a couple points, to take a 2-0 series lead and then the league decided to start all playoff series over an re-sim them. Second place goes to this year's World Juniors, where my team took a lead in a playoff game and then someone decided to start the sim over again for that too.
