s61 mPT #3: Trades

The biggest trade, probably the smartest one as well, has been trading muscle for muscle. I of course mean going to the gym. This means I trade muscles (short term) for increased muscle growth and mass (long term). This causes some muscle soreness in the short term but leads to a healthier body and a healthier mind long term!

I've only been traded once as a player, but it was a pretty big one. Jon Toner was traded from LAP to EDM alongside Theo Morgan and Hiro Fujikawa in exchange for futures as Edmonton went all in during the mid s50's.

Trades as a GM are maybe the part I was least looking forward to and they have been as much fun as I expected. Of course I don't have problem with swapping picks around when needed but every even semi active player who has been part of the team and has ended up on the block has always felt just wrong for the person in question even if it is right call for the team.

I'm not a GM but I've been in the war room for a long time and have discussed a lot of trades over the years. The best trade we have ever made was trading Gabriel Johnson. We were willing to trade him for free just to get rid of him, then a team actually offered us first-round picks for Gabe (??? lmao). Accepted immediately.

When way back I was playing NHL game i traded all players for better ones. Of course back then I played on easy level and with that of course trades were easy to do

Tom Fiddler has traded a dignified career in exchange for building something from nothing. Buying in early, and reaping rewards in the end. The aforementioned cost of this is a winless season and one of the lowest career plus-minus in SHL history, to my knowledge. It'll take quite a bit of heaving in that regard to right that number up from -300.

I have made one of the most known and controversial trades in recent site history I'd say with trading GOD McZ to Minny. The discussion happened between me and Leppish at quite a late time for us european people and we were both the Co-GMs of our respective teams and therefore had to get final consent from our head GMs. I was quite happy with the return we got.

The best trades I've made have been the trades I didn't make, where instead on draft day I trade the time of 20 GMs so I can participate in trade talks.

I asked for a trade out of Tampa and ended up on Buffalo. It's been fun on my end and I never thought I'd stay for as long as I have on this team.

I would say one of the best trades I've done in the SHL is trading away first overall for two future firsts and a second. It was something that worked out and made sense for both teams.

i have traded much of my free time to sim leagues. i think i have lost in this deal pretty heavily over time, and i have gotten fleeced.

As a sound investment strategy, I trade my money for equity in various companies. Those companies trade goods and services outside of my control, but their value goes up. Then, I trade my equity for more money than I originally put in. Both sides win, I get more money and they get the capital they need to grow. To tie this into the sim league, I can uh... invest my contract money.

When I was a kid I traded my shiny first edition Charizard card for a shiny Blastoise and a non holographic kabutops. I learned about card values real soon after that, unlucky.

I traded my soul in exchange for unlimited tacos at Tace Bell. Yeah don't ask how I got around to the trade or how it was set up but that's the vibe.

The best contract i ever signed was my rookie deal with Atlanta, as one of the conditions was to have The Way You Move by Outkast remain as Atlantas goal song or otherwise i would not sign. That song is too good.
