Back in the olden days, all of the players had a very similar style. They were either aspiring digital gretzkys or keyboard mcsorleys. In the long time ago of 2011, players sat at their keyboards in their american eagle hip huggers with intentional fray. Snapback hats were everywhere and only your rich friend had an iphone. This “culture” spilled into the locker room. On top of some dumb fedoras at post game press confrences, the players got away with a lot more in their social lives. The original Four loko was still legal and would fuel late night forum sessions (discord was just a twinkle in its daddy’s eye) and foul language would fly around. “It was a different time” the league builders would later say. No digital buckets because everyone had great hair, like grand theft auto. There was no such thing as bluetooth, so the locker room DJ had to bring a CD or an ipod. Code: 4. Written, 3 TPE, Extinction Event (150 words min.) The Colorado Raptors are the only franchise that survived that era, which makes sense because they are still the best and have the best culture to this day. The Tribeca T Rex’s were the big bad boys that had all of the movies made about them, but a study published just this week has paleonhockeyists (that didn’t get a red squiggle when i typed it. I’ll be googling that later) published an article in the prestigious SHL Journal of Hockey that the franchise might actually have been made up of three smaller teams in a trenchcoat (but seriously, a study was just published that T Rex’s are likely 3 smaller dinosaurs). The Alabama Apatosaurus (singular, just like the “crimson tide”) played out of present day huntsville, but the team was wiped out immediately by the meteor because of their proximity what we call “the gulf”. There is a joke in there about an allstar team being called the “Pangea Plesiosaurus” but now im just distracted by the theme of naming their franchises after themselves.very “Greendale Human Beings”. Also, there was huge glacial age, so it was easy to have a ton of outdoor games. neat! Code: 12. Milestones, up to 3 TPE https://simulationhockey.com/showthread....pid3183025 Code: 13. Written, 3 TPE, Parody (150 words min.) I feel like the disheveled scientist at the beginning of every movie, warning that we should not do something. It could be cloning dinosaurs or something to the environment or an old temple, but nobody really cares. I will once again use my championship week point task to lobby for injuries to be turned back on. It will diversify the builds in the league and add an extra major dice roll for the overpowered teams. Also, Wilson has too much fun running the league, so he wont get tired of it until the headspace that he currently occupies rent-free is out of the league. We are still in the middle phase of Aaron’s dominance. The best plan for parity to lure drama into the Hamilton lockerroom. Get a bunch of suspensions and bans going to make Aaron have to start over, but until then, I’m pretty things are locked up as his. The parity is there, but he is superior. Code: 19. Written, 3 TPE, Bodysnatchers 150 words min After Wasty got unnecessarily roasted a month ago, he’s snuck back into the salty action. As a renowned great artist, he had no problems creating incredibly accurate masks, media passes, and access keys. Using his prior knowledge of the Los Angeles franchise (and crypto dot com arena?) he was able to sneak things into place. Like the prompt points out, after game 1, the teams followed the perfectly branded signs back to the wrong locker rooms, where the panthers were chloroformed and kidnapped (currently being held under the arena, like a patriots player’s loved one when they mess up in front of belichik), and then the renegades switched into the lives of the panthers. They told their plus-ones that they were tagging along for the rest of the postseason as an off-season team bonding thing. To expose Wasty’s plan, i write it down and release it in a book years from now, because I’m rooting for him to pull it off.

VW: Katth 2. 3 TPE I imagine that in season 1 of the SHL the players were not even ripped, but kinda fatty. Smoked on the ice and a ate a burger during periods and washed it down with a beer. Man those were the days I guess. Now it's all strict and I need to stick to a diet or else the team will have my head. It isn't a story from season 1, but my hero Esa Anrikkanen once told me that he first came in the league he had to go on a beer run during first and second period for the team. He did not only bring back beers, but chicken parms as well. He scored some points big time with the rest of the team. There's some other stories going around, but I best not explain them any further, these would be now considered indecent or sexual harrasment etc. So I better not. 2. 3 TPE Last time Calgary Dragons won a Challenge Cup was back in season 50. So it's quite some time ago and it was still in the SimonT era. It didn't come easy either as we were down 3-0 and reversed swept Tampa Bay. Key players were Kata Vilde, Mike Izzy, Slappy, Maxim Bouchard, Brennan Kennedy Jr, Choybuk and ofc the Parm master Esa Parmborg himself. That game was something else. I was a young gun on the team and hadn't done much all post season, but in the final I scored 2 goals and missed an empty net to complete the hat trick. So that was unfortunate for me, but in the end it counts that we won the cup that season. Can't even describe in words how we all felt being 3-0 down and reverse sweep for the cup win. Fans were ecstatic too, it was a wild set of events that season. 11a 2 TPE I kinda expected Baltimore to win it, but those scrubs didn't even make it to the finals, so that was dissapointing. Hamilton winning it was not a bad take as they've been cheating a few seasons before we made the switch to FHM. They cheated so hard in STHS knowing we would switch to FHM where they also had a big advantage already and now we have a league were the same few teams are winning it over and over. People are quitting left and right, teams are without GM's for a long period and also other jobs on the site aren't easily filled anymore when there was a time people killed for a job. 12. Milestones - 2 TPE Two total 13. 3 TPE It's very likely that the same teams will dominate again next season. The league has become very very boring and parity is far from being fixed. Even the new regression rules will not fix this in the short term. In the teams not making it to the final 4 there's a lot of movement in management and people hitting the rebuild button selling of their assets to these teams arlready in contention. THey keep feeding the bigger teams with their up and comming players keeping them at the top just in exchange for a first round pick. These first round picks come in these scrub teams and want out when there player is in their peak to one of the top teams and ofcourse the teams facilitate keeping the top teams at the top once again. I don't know either how to fix it, but I know that I won't be a part of it much longer.

Verified 12. 3 TPE +3 Milestones 13. 3 TPE Well well well, I think I write about this exact topic for several seasons now. But it gives a good amount to write about, so let's do this. The Los Angeles Panthers of the Simulation Hockey League called SHL (haha just joking lol)... So with lapping being a thing and being more successful than bapping this season, we got a new finalist in ages. Probably the most surprising finalist since I joined the league in S56. It really does seem that parity got fixed a little, but it still takes time. I'm still angry that bap didn't bap on to the finals, as my predictions were pretty much favoring them. But ok, that's another story. BAP ought to be the best team in the league by looking at the roster and players they have on, but they just can't make the finals. I think some other teams also showed flashes this season already, and you can see a decline of the once powerhouses. Well, Hamilton is a different story, as they again are in the finals, but I still believe they are doing some black magic to make it happen. Well, that being said, I hope Atlanta takes the stage soon and will make splashes coming playoffs soon. 14. 3 TPE Rebuilds in the SHL take a really long time, you need patience to get them done. The team I want to concentrate on here never really has a rebuild to do, but a build up of a team. I am writing of the Atlanta Inferno, one of the expansion teams in S56 which do a pretty good job since they were chosen to join the league. They should be coming into a pretty good looking window soon, and have for some seasons now overperformed in the regular season. That is nothing to take away from them, as it seems the general managers are doing a pretty good job in game planning and strategy. Not too long ago they even made it to the semi finals, which was one of the most surprising things in the whole parity discussion, taking a glimpse to the dominating teams in the league. By now, they did some "tanking", but not really. They were always seen as a middle of the pack team and I think that's pretty impressive looking at the steep hill to climb for teams starting from scratch in the league. Soon their time will come. 15. 2 TPE I have absolutely no idea how IIHF is going, but I'll try to give my expertise on things. No idea who is the top force at the moment, one would think USA, Canada, Sweden or maybe Japan. But I don't want to talk about them. Let's take a look at a smaller country and how they might fare in the tournament. I'm speaking of my one and only home country of schnitzel and beer, Austria. Austria is always looked as one of the worst country in the tournament, and a few season back it probably was deserved so. But took a few steps in the right direction and with a bit of luck are fighting for playoffs this season. They aren't too far behind of Russia, maybe even on the same level and also are close to their neighbour country Germany. It's not out of the world to see Austria in the playoffs this season, I'll be eager to see how things work out. 21. 2 TPE I think it isn't really that hard to make the job of a PT director hard, as I imagine it's a pretty unthankful job. Every single user finds things they don't like, and a lot of users just like to complain about things. One thing that is coming back weekly are point tasks, and topics to write about. If someone doesn't like a topic, complain about it in several words rather than just write the 150 words on that topic. It's really not that hard to write about any given topic 150 words. What probably also makes a job unnecessarily difficult is if users hang in your dms all the time and beg you for grading the tasks and post them, so they can claim them. Is probably not the most motivational thing to a job either.

2. Written, 3 TPE, Back In My Day (150 words min.)
Back in S1 there were only 6 teams, we used sths, we could check box scores after every game and players didn't score 100 points a season. It was a simpler time with much enjoyment and enthusiasm for the league concept. Everyone enjoyed themselves their was no toxicity and everything was exciting and hopeful. Players definitely smoked on the benches and nobody wore a helmet. Goalie pads were way smaller and your team was rewarded with a powerplay if you ran the goalie when he was in the corner playing the puck. Overtime was 3 on 3 and you played until someone scored, no shootouts. There were only 3 playing strats you could change in the sim and a few settings on how you wanted to play when you were up or down by an amount of goals. Players did not reach 2ktpe, if they hit 1ktpe that was an accomplishment. It was a simpler time and anyone could win the cup in any given season. 3. Written, 3 TPE, Those That Came Before (150 words min.) The last cup the Calgary Dragons won was in S50, two seasons before the switch to FHM where they have not won since (thanks FHM). The S50 Dragons were an incredible team that pulled off a reverse sweep in the cup finals against Tampa Bay, only the 2nd time in history it had been achieved, the other was in S27 by the Dragons also. What made this team special was it was a new group of players, all home grown and developed from within the system since they were prospects. After a quick re-tool from expansion in S45 the Dragons drafted well in the next couple seasons and had their young players at high levels around S50 like Batsbak, Kennedy, Bouchard, etc with that young core and some high tpe veterans like Izzy, Driftwood and Vilde they were able to make a dominant run, I think we went like 12-1 through the first 3 rounds en route to the finals. We hit a small skid to start the series then in classic Dragons fashion completed the reverse sweep which was pretty exciting. 6. Written, up to 4 TPE - Grab Bag: a. Los Angeles has been riding their top players for almost a full minute more of ice time than Hamilton has theirs. If you were a coach, do you buy into this strategy? Do you let your top guys leave it all out there every night or aim for the most balanced attack possible? I think as a coach if that's the strategy that got you here then you have to let it roll. Ride your horses, they are your best players for a reason, leave it all out there. If after a few games you see it's not working then adjust accordingly. d. The starting goalies for these teams, Olof Karsikko and A Jobin have been nearly unbeatable up to this point with a 0.937 and a 0.927 SV% respectively. If you’re a player on the other team, how would you get inside their heads so that you can put the puck in the net? When a goalie is playing out of his mind you have to get in his kitchen and throw him off his game. I would load up men in front of the net, have all shots coming from the middle of the ice and create traffic in front of him which will lead to tip ins and rebounds. If then then run him. 7. Graphic, 2 TPE, The Peoples’ Favorite 14. Written, 3 TPE, Blew it up (150 words min.) I think most recently Baltimore has completed a successful rebuild as evident by their record this season and going deep in the playoffs. I wouldn't say they have built a legacy around starting from the bottom yet because they need to have consistent success and win a couple championships with their current group but they are on their way. I don't remember exactly when it was but seems like maybe 5-7 seasons ago they were at the bottom and with some good work by JR have drafted well made good moves and moved their way into the top tier of the league this season. They should remain there for at least a few seasons now as most teams seem to do once they peak. I think we will see them win a championship soon, all they have to do is get past hamilton in the eastern finals and they should be able to win the cup. Once they win a cup or two with this current group I think it can be considered a very successful rebuild from the ground up. 16. Graphic, 3 TPE, Onto the next ---> ParmBorg Highlights <---

12) Milestones Link (3 tpe) 4) Extinction Event (3 tpe) Well who would have thought it that all those millions of years ago there would be dino league hockey but the latest palaeontological discovers have certainly uncovered evidence that this was indeed true. Now it was not the same as it current is, firstly due to the warmer climate mean that rather than ice the dinos skated on dried lava instead. Now the 1st big difference was due to the potential size difference the goals were all different sizes, these sizes were directly proportional to the size of the goal tender which makes sense. Now teams were mix with the types of dinos on them however carnivores and herbivores tended not to be on the same team as there was a general animosity between them, omnivores however played on both sides and were the great free agents of their league with their ability to play for either team and so they often bounced between sides. WC 155 11a. Written, 2 TPE - The Procrastinator Special! Well as expected the final this year was about as depressing as it possibly could go for the SHL. The team who everyone hates and have been blamed are part of the reason for destroying the league won yet again. No was this a surprise, no, who played well, well that is very hard to answer as I don’t give a crap about Hamilton. Was it at least a good final, not really, there was small hope that the Panthers would do it but unfortunately, they just weren’t able to cheese the system enough to win, maybe there players were all built the same who know? Any way I hope I have answered this well enough as I am now getting depressed thinking about it. WC 125 20. Written, 3 TPE, Free Advertising 150 words min Well this is the sort of task I like, the chance that I get to talk about my number 1 sim league. Of course, this is the ISFL. Now the ISFL is a Football league and in many ways has a lot of similarities to the SHL, I do believe the ISFL was set up by people from SHL originally and is the 2nd oldest after SHL of the big 3. There are a number of differences. The season is quicker as there are far fewer games, each team has 16 regular season games. Regression hits harder and earlier so 13 seasons is the absolute max so that combined with the quicker season means players finish there career quicker. In ISFL each position has archetypes with limits on you build, each one set out to be viable but not over powered, these are check and modified as required. ISFL has much more parity between teams meaning it is a lot more fun when lots of teams have a chance to take home the prize every season. IF you are not there you should be. WC 184 21. Written, 2 TPE, No take backs 2 100 words min How to bully a dastardly PT director you ask me? Well there are so many ways that we could have fun with this but I will jot a few things down. As you have already suggested put them in a different language, but to go 1 step further you should post your PT in a now dead language, see how much they enjoy working out a PT in Latin! Another way to annoy them would be with your formatting, you could format it so badly that it takes up huge amounts of space so he constantly has to scroll to get through it. Lastly you could use language to confuse him, get out your thesaurus and really go to town changing every word to the most obscure one as possible. WC 130

1) Trivia:
Verification Word: boogedy 2) Back In My Day The first season of the SHL was crazy. Seven players including the now defunct "rover" position, no helmets, hell no boards!!! The forward pass was illegal and players sometimes smoked right on the ice during a shift. In one crazy instance players from two teams were traded in the middle of a game in between periods! Some players used to sneak bourbon into their water bottles and some would even sneak to the local bar between periods! Goalies had to serve penalties! Overtime was decided with a dance off. Coaches were usually players, and players sometimes had to officiate the games when the referees got tuberculous. The craziest thing was the first playoff series. It dawned on the league officials that no one had ordered the Cup the morning of a deciding game, so one of the managers literally picked one up at the local five and dime store! They managed to get it to the rink just in time. 4) The Dino League was pretty crazy stuff. First off, it was open to all species which made for some ridiculousness. Ever try to get.a puck past a 6 foot 6 inch goaltender? Well try getting one past a full sized brontosaurus! While raptors generally dominated the league, they weren't the only one to have success. Ankylosaurus's insane tail shots were a delight for any fan. Spinosaurus's speed and size made them popular hitter type goal scorers and triceratops were generally top defenseman. Pteranodons were popular in between period attractions, often dropping prizes down to fans below. Let's not forget the Late Cretaceous when T-Rexes sued the league because there was not a single representation of their kind in the league. The case lasted about five minutes when one of the plaintiffs was asked by the judge to demonstrate shooting a puck and the T-Rex fell over because of his short arms. 6d) The starting goalies Unfortunately FHM doesn't offer a "run the goalie" option, which would be an easy way to mix things up, if not very moral. The only other way to get inside a goalie's head is to score on him, a lot. Which is hard if they are stopping the puck so well or if the team in front of them is blocking shot after shot. 18) All the goalies are gods. Unfortunately, FHM doesn't work that way. I am not knocking FHM as building a hockey simulator is HARD. Godly goalies probably make the game swing so far in that goalie's direction that FHM had to add the hot and cold streaks for goalkeepers as well as letting goalies have insane games when the team in front of him has an average TPE three hundred below the team they are playing against. Watching this years playoffs was frustrating. There were games where my team, who had an equal goalie, would outshoot a team to 2 to 1 and lose, then get out shot 2 to 1 and lose again because the other team's goalie is on a "hot streak." I wish we could convince FHM to add an option to turn off any goalie programming such as the hot and cold streak. Milestone Link: https://simulationhockey.com/showthread....pid3183296

Anothercwanothersigh 2. Written, 3 TPE, Back In My Day Back in the day of Lenny’s grandpappy Benny, there were barely two pages to the SHL rulebook. Just like real life, the more the life-expectancy of its players went down the more the entertainment value went up. We used to celebrate “concussion tricks” when a guy got domed 3 times. A natural concussion trick happens when its none of your own teammates clapping one into ya, and it’s only the opponent. Another big difference between the two was that the ice creating tech was so weak and useless, hockey games in Florida had to be played on half-ice, because the resurfacing from the ztractor-boni wouldn’t create a playable surface fast enough. It wasn’t until the great Florida Freezer 69 in was invented in 1969 that allowed full-ice games to be played. In addition, SHL players and GMs were allowed to have fun, an emotion that has long been missed in this league, according to many historians. 3. Written, 3 TPE, Those That Came Before (3) What is a Challenge Cup? Do you not mean the Four Star Cup? Interesting typo there. I’m not sure why we’d be talking about the challenge cup. I myself, Lenny Hawk, right defenseman of the Carolina Kraken, from the Mayfield division of the Atlantic conference of the SMJHL. Who would come to me asking about some challenge cup? As you can imagine, the Carolina Kraken of the SMJHL have never played for the challenge cup, that I know of. Some of you are really old, we get it. Maybe Carolina got bumped down a league. That would be an interesting way to run the SHL. Anyways, since we’re talking about Carolina, the last time these guys won a cup was Season 54. With a record of 32-13-5, they earned it every step of the way. A 4-3 series win versus St. Louis, 4-3 series win vs Newfoundland, and a 4-2 series and cup victory in the final. Heroes. Nice banner in the rafters. Fell down once in the middle of a game. 12. Milestones (3) https://simulationhockey.com/showthread....pid3183045 14. IIHF task (2) I predict that the WJC will be a highly touted tournament, with plenty of remarkable hockey players coming off of a very hot SMJHL season that saw the Newfoundland Berserkers suck the fun out of everything once again. We will see dozens of heated, hungry players show up to do battle in their nations colors – a bolstering line of territorial tribalism that is unlike any other feeling in the world. And of course, this level of emotion will be met with the utmost firey passion from the community – half of the teams having inactive GMs, zero messages in the locker room, and single digit viewers, half of which forgot to turn off the stream in another tab. 11a. Procrastination (2) Congratulations to all of us. Once again we have sat here watching nothing really change, and getting the same results in the end. Who’ve thunk! Nothing surprised anyone about the outcome. Both anti-fun teams won, and that’s great. The guys that work hard should deserve to win. Everyone else can absolutely go fuck themselves. It was an entertaining set of games, neither of which having close games that were worth watching whatsoever. The final games of each series was just a solid, wet fart of a strategic win for both teams. Congratulations to them. I look forward to going from losing to Newfoundland to losing to whoever ruins the newest iteration of the SHL.

The series began in a surprising fashion, with Los Angeles shutting out the Steelhawks and winning 2-0 in game 1, but Hamilton won four of the final five games with an aggregate score of 18-6. HO's decision is criticised immediately, first because it was a HO decision, and secondly because it seems a very questionable one. How did they come to this decision? Was there any testing involved, or did they just come up with this 'solution' in a state of panic? When the first sim includes multiple goalies doing the classic '36 shots faced, 35 shots saved' routine, the anger intensifies. People start calling for it to be changed immediately, others call the season illegitimate and ask for a resim with new attributes. HO holds their nerve, and ignores the protests. Time goes on and the results the sim spits out for us are increasingly... normal. Goalies have some incredibly bad games, some incredibly good games, and by the end of the season the league's goalie stats are almost exactly the same as in the season prior. WSBL is the new basketball league (we're in the offseason prior to Season 3) in the style of ISFL/SHL/PBE. Now is a great time to join, as we have 22 teams with around 10 players each. So immediately upon creation, your player can be a bench contributor on a pro level team. In contrast with SHL, you'll be straight into the majors if you join today (we don't have a dev. league, it's coming soon). The league's management has been very receptive to user feedback, and quick to make necessary changes - we saw a (backdated) increase to the media pay and a complete overhaul of the banking system prior to S1, for example. While FHM appears to have been 'solved' by certain teams in SHL, our sim is new to all of us and so we're still learning what works and what doesn't. Our two finals series have been contested by four different teams, and we're early enough in every player's career that anyone could become a contender. (180 words, +3 TPE) Code: 21. I'd find out what forum skin Leviadan uses (I hope it's a dark skin, but just in case he's one of the degenerates who uses light mode I need to check), and then encourage as many people as possible to submit their responses using that colour, so that the text doesn't show up for him. If you're not playing them you might as well be throwing the series. Having depth is obviously important but the key players will always be your superstars. (65 words) b. I would simply just skate around them before I shoot. You can in fact move around the ice in hockey so instead of just standing still or skating straight at them and firing the puck right into their shin pads, so I would instruct the Los Angeles players to skate around them before they shoot. This will definitely create more offense. (61 words) c. When the defense gets so involved offensively it's important for the wingers to be engaged and support. If they let the defenseman walk right in the whole series they'll be in big trouble so they'll need to watch for that immediately. As for countering it, Hamilton will need to watch for the defensemen to get out of position and stage a quick counter attack that will hopefully be an odd man rush. (72 words) d. You have to take the Sean Avery approach to get in the goalies head. Do weird shit and get them off their game. Anything you can do that will break their concentration is fair game. The SHL rulebook says nothing about facing the goalie and waving your stick in their face so try that first. You'll get jumped probably but try it. (63 words) Code: 13. The SHL has been around for the sim-time equivalent of 63 years now! That’s a lot of time for things to change. What was the league like 62 years ago in season one? Did nobody wear helmets? Were players allowed to smoke on the ice? Plenty would have changed in over six decades!I've never been able to say this yet so it's kind of sad to me but it's okay. Back in my day in the simulation hockey league, we didn't have to wear helmets, it was pretty dangerous but man did we look good. Everyone had nice flow & pretty much every player had a mullet, they were super in & actually starting to make a comeback. The players smoked on the bench & even in intermissions INSIDE. There were no rules to no smoking & even some of us would go out for some drinks before & have a little buzz going before the game started. Sometimes some of the guys would crack open beers before heading out for the second & third periods. Pretty crazy to look back on that we were allowed to do all that & now how much it has changed & how many rules there are. +3 TPE 6. Los Angeles has been riding their top players for almost a full minute more of ice time than Hamilton has theirs. If you were a coach, do you buy into this strategy? Do you let your top guys leave it all out there every night or aim for the most balanced attack possible? I think if I was the coach & the Los Angeles Panthers and they have been playing their top players out that long for a straight minute I would try & match them & play our top dogs all night long. I don't think trying to balance would work out against them. (52 Words) b. Guy O'Shea and Evangelos Giannopoulos have been absolute block machines for Hamilton in the playoffs with 109 between them. If you’re looking for offense in this series, how do you get around these two defensemen? It would be extremely tough to get through the Los Angeles Panthers powerhouses O'Shea & Giannopoulos. I would play our top defensemen against them all night long & try to match our best line every single time they step on the ice. We would have to play a n extremely defensive game. (52 Words) c. Los Angeles’ defense, on the other hand, has not been afraid to join the play and put up points. How do you prepare for a five player offensive attack? How do you counter? As I said before we would need to play an extremely defensive game & not allow them to put up points. I would need to play our top 5 best players & our starting goalie if we wanted to shut them down. When their offensive line steps off id send our most offensive players & try & outdo their defense. (60 words) +1 TPE 12. Milestones, up to 3 TPE Milestones are folded in with CW. Written, 3 TPE, Free Advertising 150 words min If you're in another sim league and are using 4 of those CW tasks here, you can do this task to advertise that league in your CW. What league is it? Is it fun? How does it work? What are the pros/cons of that league, especially in comparison to the SHL? Another league that I would like to promote that is comparable to the Simulation Hockey League is the PBE, which stands for Pro Baseball Experience. It is a simulation game but instead of hockey, it is baseball. You can choose if you would like to be a pitcher or a position player. It works the same way with trainer & activity check & also has a minor league. It's pretty fun & I would for sure suggest trying it out. The pros of the league are that it's easy to grow if you update regularly & the people in the league are very friendly & willing to help. The cons of the league are their site is like the old SHL & not as user-friendly as the SHL. One of my first players Sophia Bennett is in the hall of fame & played for one of the coolest teams made of Sloths. Its fun you should check it out. (159 Words) +16 TPE

1. Trivia: sloth +3 TPE 6. Written +1 TPE a. I think giving your best guys the most time on the ice is a smart strategy. Especially in the playoffs, you really just want your best guys to take over and give them the most time you can. I think it's a brilliant strategy and maybe it will push them ahead and make them win the title that way. 12. Milestones +3 TPE 18. Written, 3 TPE, zzSnoop Lionzz 150 words min All 20 rated bot goalies would be interesting. I mean first off, it would make every team worse that had a good goalie already and benefit all the teams with terrible goalies currently. Obviously then the only thing that would matter is a good offense, but goals would be very rare. So my guess is that it would benefit especially those teams that have the absolute best players in the league, the best first line basically. Because I assume those would basically be the only lines that can ever even score a goal. I also wonder if maybe it would then especially also benefit teams who have the best penalty shooters, since a lot of games may end in a penalty shootout after a 0-0 tie. So then those teams could get some potential wins that way. I think league enjoyment would certainly suffer since most people just wouldn't have stats anymore, unless you were at like 2000 TPE. Boring. 20. Written, 3 TPE, Free Advertising 150 words min The PBE is the baseball equivalent of this league. I really love that league and have been a big part of it forever. The main factor of enjoyment is that the sim is easily the best sim out there in OOTP and that is a huge beneficial factor, with both how well the sim runs, the sims itself and how good the engine is as well as the index is just the best one out there. Additionally, the league has a bit harsher regression than here, which leads to slightly faster careers. It does still take quite a bit of time to do well and be a good player but if you choose specific positions you can even be a factor at low TPE and contribute as a mid earner. It's also far easier to earn money there and to max earn honestly. It's a great league and I really do wish more people join it from here. 16 TPE done |
