Friedensreich Hundertwasser loved the idea of creating his own workout video. He grew up trying to get a six pack through those "8 minute abs" style videos and wanted to emulate that kind of aesthetic.
He found some classically cheesey 80s/90s free synth music, put out fliers at the local gyms - to get 8 ridiculously fit and good looking people to do the exercises in the background and bought enough spandex/leotards to put on his own reboot of the 90s hit show gladiators.
The routine itself will be incredibly basic body weight moves such as squats sit ups and push ups.
Throughout the video Hundertwasser will be heard saying things like "it may be hard this time but if you keep coming back it'll be easy in no time". Finally to complete the aesthetic it will have a grainy film distortion layered over the top before being uploaded to YouTube. First 12 subscribers get a limited edition VHS version

So Stephens workout routine stems a lot from his childhood passion of athletics, particularly the sprints so 100m all the way upto the 400m races. For this he’s always been doing loads of high power work both on his lower and upper body. You’ll forever see him doing sprint session of 50 to 80m maximal efforts with long recovery. After a session like that he’ll end up hitting the gym working on dynamic power, so box jumps / squats and all those a things related to dynamic power. Hopefully this’ll increase his power to hold the puck whilst on the ice as well his chance of stealing a 50/50 pick.
In addition to the strength work he will also be adding to this with some endurance work, he’s a keen cyclist so a lot of that work is done on the bike. Using a bike should reduce any chance of impact injury’s.

Quote removed from an AmA Anton Harrier participated in before the season started.
Quote:I do work out every now and then but I really don't do it a whole lot, to be honest. I maintain my weight by not eating a lot and skateboarding whenever I have the chance. That's kinda the good thing about being an adult, y'know, getting to choose to do whatever you want. The team also doesn't mind it, they even said I should just do whatever I dig as long as I don't show up overweight. They also said something about avoiding a diplomatic incident but I don't think I'll ever do that, man, like, that's tough to do, y'know. That said, they're pretty open-handed about it and I don't think I've ever had any trouble with being in shape for games. They do want me to improve my strength every now and then but that's more of a suggestion than an order.
Quote:I guess when I do work out, I like leg stuff more. Namely, because it's easier but also because it strengthens your support base, it's important stuff, y'know. Not to say you're supposed to do leg day every time but y'know, it's nice to do some.
Former Players: Yoshimitsu McCloud (LW, #64) - Won a Four Star Cup once, knew ninjutsu, picture editors hated him, never tried free agency
Anton Harrier (LW, #90) - Won WJC gold, liked skateboarding a lot, went to the finals with Manhattan, kept his seat glued in LR
Ben Waters Jr.? fitness regimen? I mean, what doesn't he work out? As an all-around offensive player and elite athlete, he is always working out. Wow. Yeah. He does all the exercises. Unlike dumbass Ricky Koivu, he doesn't have to regiment it and be weird and Patrick Bateman-like about it. He prefers to simply just workout by vibes. Sometimes he feels like arm day, sometimes he feels like leg day. I don't know what you want from him. He also doesn't do cardio at all because he is simply talented and doesn't need to work as hard to succeed. Nobody calls him a hard worker, and he doesn't , excuse my french, GIVE A SHIT!!! He is better than you, and in a way, better than you will ever be. And if you question that, you will be in for a rude awakening. Yeah, very rude. The awakening will insult you and make you call for your mommy.
At this old age for my player, fitness is a very important aspect to keeping him on the ice so it is something he takes very seriously. Of course if we are going to sell some fitness tapes, we will need to make it fun and more importantly, funny so it gets attention in the marketplace. A good place to start is the outfit we would wear. Some of the best workout tapes came during the 80s and 90s when very bright spandex was really popular. That is the direction I think we would go in this case. kind of those tank top upper to spandex shorts to really get a good vibe. Not sure if we would go something like neon yellow but that sounds like a good choice to me. After that, we will focus on high intensity 12 ounce curls of Miller lites. Honestly that is really all we would do. Just drink a bunch of beers and listen to great music.
howdy boys, tommy westbrook but this time i upd is a massive huge athletici in shape person. the vibe is going to be like uh a high top socks kind of thing. like tommy westbrook but this time i upd will be wearing some socks high up to like his knees. its going to be a global worldwide release on vhs specifically targeting the brazilian markets however. the vibe of tommy westbrook but this time i upd fitness routien will be serious because if there is one thing that people know about tommy wesbtrook but this time i upd it is that hes is very serious about his fitness program routine. the routine will consist of exercises that target spots on the body like, legs, chest and other parts including shoulders. you must have nice and strong taught shoulders to be able to participate in simulation hockey. tommy westbrook will market it by going on book tours.
For me as a goalkeeper, physical readiness for each game and all rituals to accomplish it is pretty specific. It is necessary to eat certain things, and the physical loads must not be too large to avoid loading your body. Looking at my personal statistics now, I'm sure everything I do is correct because the results are fantastic. The main thing is to warm up, I have realised it over time, although it is not pleasant to do it every time and there is always a feeling that it could do without it, but I understand that it is necessary. Over the course of the day, I certainly spent one heavy workout in the grass to keep myself in the tonus. In the days of games, I like to run shorter pieces to get myself started a little, but without exaggerating to keep myself tired. And the biggest source of my energy is a cup of coffee in the morning, I think it saves me from drowsiness every day.
Every morning Melvin wakes up and he eats a healthy diet of twigs. Then he heads to the gym to work out. Previous workouts included tossing teammate Adelie de Pengu across the ice, but as they no longer play together, they aren't allowed to practice together, either. Instead, Melvin goes and finds some large logs to hoist into his antlers, and he continues to work on his neck strength. Since he is never going to hold the stick anywhere but his mouth, he needs to use his head and his neck to do all of the work to swing. This is mostly why he plays as a defender, because he really can't aim well, and instead is very good at running into people on the ice. Much like football players practice running into dummies for blocking drills, Melvin does that, skating on the ice, trying to hit certain spots on the board, and trying to flick the puck away from the practice dummies. He's not very good at this. So he does his best to maintain his diet and his form on the ice, since skates are firmly out of the question, and it's a struggle, but there aren't too many other moose he has to teach as of present.
PLAYER PROMPT
Ethan Bouchard is developing into a two-way defenseman, but at this point in his SHL career, Bouchard is more defensive minded with a bit of an offensive upside. With that being said, Ethan’s training regiment consists of mostly things to keep his defensive game on point. He works a lot on lower body training so that he is able to plant his feet and not be knocked around when he is battling for pucks in the corner or clearing opposing players from the front of his goaltender’s net. Bouchard is a strong skater which helps him win those races for loose pucks and so another thing his training consists of is working with a skating coach. He likes to block shots and play a sound positional game as well so for those, Ethan works on timing and endurance so that he does not get exhausted on the ice during shifts and so that he times laying out to block shots correctly and is effective in doing so.

The Angus McFife XVIII Ultimate Fitness Videotape now on VHS features plenty of things. First, we got agnes doing old style retro workout in a tight spandex suit leading the rest of the room dancers (with lots of highlights on the crotch area).
The other dancers are @Blastmeaway and @RenoJacksonHS. Some say its a copy of Eric Prydz "Call on me" Videoclip" but its all hockey players dancing in tight suits. And they are right! It's straight up a copy of it but with actual exercice trainings.
WE do jumping jacks, we do pushups, we do situps, we even do sitpushups, whatever it is.
Then we have a masterclASS of squats and leg exercice with @goldenglutes himself. The golden glutes takes this very seriously and doesn't tolerate people who skip legs day. IF you skip this part of the video the tape will explode in anger.
The video ends with trampoline session and bad puns about the origin of the word trampoline which is really a questionable add to the video but you know, millenials.
