CREATIVE PROMPT
so my player (binko of the koivu family who currently plays in the simulation major junior hockey league for the raptors of colorado but will soon be playing in the simulation hockey league for the inferno of atlanta) is set to release a big (huge) (gigantic) workout tape that is going to be posted on youtube. now not only will it be posted on youtube but it will also be live streamed to twitch dot tv to a live audience so that we can really engage with the viewers and have some chat interaction! now you may be asking, what is actually on the workout tape? well it is does not actually include binko of the koivu variety working out on the workout tape, but instead it just includes him bossing around some of his friends and making them do the workouts instead. for example, koivu of the binko type starts the tape by telling agnes @micool132 mcpipe to eat a @hotdog without using his hands! wow what an insane workout that would really tire anyone out to be quite honest.

As a goalie, a lot of my work-out routine are exercises that help build up core strenght so I can keep my body up during a game. It's very easy as a goalie to want to drop down into butterfly because you get too tired to stand up and take those high shots so strenghtening your core and upper body overall is a big deal. Another really important thing is to keep those legs in shape. Dropping into butterfly and then standing up again multiple times during a 60 minute game will really shred those legs down to pieces and being a goalie who mainly focus on positioning legwork is extremely important. So you definitely need to have strong legs to make it. There isnt a lot more important things in my work-out routine except from those two things. The third important thing would probably be general endurance type excersices.

As Pablo Salvatici, the superstar forward for the Simulation Hockey League franchise that is based out of Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America, that is commonly referred to by their club name the Inferno, absolutely loves fitness. He's now approaching the later end of his career so he is making sure that he is keeping his fitness up and being able to compete with the young bucks of the league nowadays. He has been working with his trainers to get what he calls "absolute beefcake thighs". He wants to start making up for his future lack of speed by being extremely strong on the puck and what better way to do that than by becoming the Marty St. Louis of the Simulation Hockey League. Former teammate Dick Clapper has been giving him tips on how to play forever and according to him it all starts with a strong lower body and exercises to work out all three legs. 160 words

The SMJHL is in need of a new workout program to expands the leagues reach on todays youth. They've approached some SMJHL players to come up with something that will help improve the leagues outlook in these areas and expand their reach to children of all ages to promote the league and healthy lifestyles. This is what they've come up with:
- Full body workout. You got to get them triceps and bicep bulk days in, baby. Get the chest pumping, back popping (but remember to keep er straight, guys) and the arch nemesis of most... leg day. - Single muscle work out plans for all areas - tricep, bicep, back, chest, lower back, shoulders, forearms, calves, neck, blach blah. There's something for everyone. We're going to have an iOs app so people can download and we can also milk them dry of money. The app is free, the subscription is an extremely low 2.99/month. That's super low considering other app prices... Then we gonna shoot informative and funny tiktoks to spread the word. 178 words the end

What is my fitness regime you ask? Well in order to still remain a roster player going into my 18th or 19th season, well past my prime, as players better than me are running the league, but yet I am still playing despite players younger than me retiring, when I myself have no intention of retiring anytime soon, I must be working out quite heavily? No, you are wrong, I work out occasionally, prompted only by not working out to the point where I hate myself and feel pressured that I have to work out at least once, just to feel better about all of the workouts I have missed. When I do work out it is simple, sometimes I bench, sometimes I deadlift, sometimes I squat. Sometimes I do Bulgarian split squats, because as some sort of maniac I find those enjoyable, sometimes I do single leg RDLs because they are also therapeutic. What I always do, however, is not work out as much as I should.

Jimmy Wagner remains one of the best athletes in North American hockey leagues since starting off as one of the fastest players in the SMJHL and making the jump to the SHL. The first few seasons were rough as Jimmy struggled with the additional physicality, but through additional time in the gym he completed his ascension to workout warrior both being one of the stronger players in the league while maintaining his elite speed. This development was critical to his original breakout season and his continued dominance through the subsequent development of the Panthers. Now that he has lost a half step, he is focusing more on his strength, ensuring that he does not get knocked off the puck or shoved around. Keeping that physical dominance to his play is intrinsic to his playstyle, and we should expect Wags to live in the gym maintaining his strength for the remainder of his successful career. 154 words

As a platypus secret agent as well as professional hockey player there is a lot that goes into my weekly routine in order to make sure I am fit for both professions and I would showcase this in my video. Being a secret agent requires stealth and agility so I do a lot of ladders and footwork to make sure I can stay nimble. I also make sure to do a lot of active stretching to prevent injury on the job and make sure I can perform my secret agent acrobatics, stretching is great for everyone and my video emphasizes this importance. For hockey my secret agent agility transfers a bit but because I am a platypus I'm a lot smaller than everyone else and need to make sure I hit the weightroom so that I can whole my own out on the ice. For the most part my nimbleness helps to avoid getting wrecked out there but it's always important to be prepared for the worse. I make sure never to skip leg day of course and make sure that I have a solid core to help with my balance. I want to give off the vibe in this video that fitness doesn't have to be scary and can be for everyone, even if you're a platypus/secret agent/hockey player!

Kaapo Kampainen is super excited to announce his brand new workout Blu-Ray, because of course you want to see this hot Finn body in 4K! Kaapo is a really serious guy, so don't expect a lot of fancy stuff and a lot of expensive machines and there will be no special effects, the focus will be on Kaapo only. Kaapo does calisthenics and that will be the only type of training you'll get. To work on his balance, Kaapo has been focusing a lot on abdominal exercices in the past year and it's alright, because it's actually really easy to get an effective calisthenics abdominal workout. There will also be two special editions of this Kaapo Kampainen workout Blu-Ray. The first edition will be reserved for adult eyes only has Kaapo will do the entirety of the workouts without a shirt on. We've been told that it's an edition popular with women, especially. The 2nd edition will feature the Blizzard mascot with Kaapo, for people who are into that sort of thing. It also sells well apparently. 177 words

yeah so my players fitness regimen is pretty strict, as lenny has 5.1 years of training in the united states coast guard as well as multiple years of experience operating in good will combat training with various militia groups he found browsing the internet. lenny is already the perfect human being, he is the result of multiple generations of targeted breeding within the Hawk family, all to create the perfect human. his single eye grants him 10/10 vision on the ice at all times. in order to make it fair for the rest of the hockey players who have not been so lucky to have the lineage lenny does, he lives on a diet of kraft single and mayo sandwiches, on white wonderbread. a couple dozen of those a day allows for a dumper with a center of gravity so high and low that no stupid grinder is making it anywhere near that blue paint, idiot

This is a workout video, so it has to be very serious business. AS a hockey player, keeping in top shape is key to success on the ice, which is why Wilson is not in tip top shape, the workout tape contains the best glute exercise anyone has ever seen, with so many squats and workouts with the resistance band, because keeping attractiveness is another key to being a great hockey player, some would even argue more than just being fit in general. For the other side of the DVD, we have the basic workout tips for people sitting in their basements which includes the basic pushups, sit-ups and lifting free weights, as well as a little bit of cardio, but everyone always skips over that part anyway, as nobody really likes running. This disk would feature a speacial feature of how to win a hockey fight, which is another reason it sold so well.
