Just finished Our Flag Means Death. I love Rhys Darby. Super fun show. It is very, very loosely based on a true story about a rich guy who leaves his family to become a pirate. I think it is only on HBO Max, which might make it harder to watch. I think it's worth checking out if you can, but wouldn't encourage anyone to subscribe just for this show.

This might be borderline, but HBO just released the first trailer for the "The Last of Us" TV series that is coming in 2023. It's based on one of my favorite video games series and the story is fantastic. Considering the amazing cast and crew they were able to put together, and the fact that the man that oversaw the production of the game and story is doing the same for the show, I have very high hopes for the TV adaptation. If you haven't played the games, you should. If you know nothing about them, I expect the show to be great as well. Check it out!

I try to watch Trick R Treat once a year around this time. It's a cute anthology movie with some fun subplots and decent effects. Sam is adorable.

I went to go see Bros which is a gay romantic comedy. It was really funny and gay 10/10 would watch again. You can only find it in theaters
