Luca's personal assistant needs to be able to do 3 things:
1. Make homemade pizza. This is crucial for Luca's pre-game prep.
2. The ability to juggle 2 pucks and a tennis ball while taking phone calls.

Luca will pay no more than experience and exposure for doing a good job.
Honestly BASE PACK's assistant will have to do pretty much everything for him because BASE PACK is a lazy bastard. They really shouldn't give him an assistant because he will literally make the assistant do everything for him at every waking hour.
