Hello SHL,

The user Chris has filed an appeal regarding his permanent ban for having 4 active accounts at the same time. His argument that his brother created two of the accounts ultimately holds little merit in our eyes as he still admitted to creating one of the other accounts. As such we agree that he should be punished, however we do not agree that a permanent ban is warranted at this time. Per the rulebook, Section 1, Subsection K, Article 5, the punishment for breaking this rule is as follows:
33 game suspension for the SHL member’s earliest active player.
The SHL member will not be allowed to earn TPE or SHL money during their suspension.
Permanent banning of any of the SHL member’s additional accounts and automatic retirement of any of the SHL member’s additional players.

This was the guideline used for the three most recent multi punishments, MrJoey2928, Southie and Kmatt. Kmatt in particular we found persuasive as he had 2 multis and received only a 25 game suspension, a situation similar to this one in the committee’s eyes. In a similar vein, the committee would state that, similar to Kmatt, if Chris is found to create another multi, a permanent ban would be appropriate.

In conclusion, while we find Chris to have created another account, we are changing his punishment to the below:

User - @Chris: 33 game suspension for Ivan Scochnikov Jr and will not be allowed to earn TPE or SHL money during the suspension

User - @Dontavius permanently banned and Dontavious Sturdy will remain retired

User - @~~Whiteboi~~ permanently banned

User - @~~donavan~~ permanently banned
