HO's original punishment referred to the wrong original user. They called Chris a multi of dontavirus, but it is the other way around. Chris created his account in 2022 and has a player in the S73 draft class. Dontavirus is a recent create in the S74 draft class.

The user Chris was never banned for being underage, he used his brother as an excuse when he created another account called Dontavirus, HO took the excuse at face value and banned Dontavirus for being under age. Chris also tried to create 2 other users/players and was stopped by SMJHL Interns. This is his first punishment for creating multis, so the appeals committee went by the rulebook guidance (below) that states that additional users will be banned. The other 3 accounts (donovan, whiteboi, and Dontavirus) remain permanently banned and any players immediately retired.

An SHL member may only have one active player at a time (see Section 1, Subsection D, Article 1). The punishment for breaking this rule is as follows:
- 33 game suspension for the SHL member’s earliest active player.
- The SHL member will not be allowed to earn TPE or SHL money during their suspension.
- Permanent banning of any of the SHL member’s additional accounts and automatic retirement of any of the SHL member’s additional players.
