I really, genuinely don't know what you're hoping to accomplish with this.
Multiple members of HO agreed that the communication tonight could have been better, while also stressing that we would like to see some grace extended towards the simmer who had to deal with an unexpected number of file errors that took him hours to fix. Everyone agreed that in the future we'd like to see these things communicated better, all we asked was that y'all stop piling on the simmer because it wasn't accomplishing anything.
So instead of just letting the issue lie, you've decided to drag this out onto the site, as if we actually have something against communication, even though the issue had been discussed at length.
Y'all want to know why we have a simmer shortage? It's because of this kind of thing. It's because there's zero patience for human error, zero patience for unexpected circumstances, and even when people admit their screwups, you cannot let things lie, you have to continue to beat the dead horse because it's fun and cool to appear witty in front of your friends for getting that last zinger in. Even though every single person in there reiterated that we
agreed that ideally the communication would be better, you felt it was necessary to continue to drag this out. I truly don't understand the mentality here.

i know communication is literally on everyone’s list of most frustrating things in this league.
I am one to complain when things aren’t communicated but the situation was handled and addressed.
But we also need to remember that everyone done here is volunteer work. Things happen. Life happens.
This is an opportunity for everyone to learn from and improve on if this happens next time to hopefully get ahead of it because tbh, posting a thread isn’t going to solve the issue.
I appreciated you Seany and you know that. But the ruffling of feathers isn’t always needed
