I'm taking Newfoundland and moving them away from the Northern division. Would make life so much easier if one of the most consistent teams In the SMJHL is not in our division. Give us back, eh, Detroit! See if we can re-spark the rivalry we once had with them from the late 60s and early 70s.

I would remove Atlanta since there's been a lot of matchups between them and the Maine. I would change it up a bit and bring QCC to our conference in order to have all the eastern team reunited (ottawa, Maine, etc.)

Let's switch Great Falls with Ottawa. Ottawa would be a fun "local" rivalry and since there are Great Falls in the US, it wouldn't even be too strange to have them in the Southern Conference *ducks and covers*
