I'd swap Quebec I think, 3 of the top 4 teams in the SMJHL are in the Northern Conference, and if I had to pick one of the other teams, you might as well swap the #1 team out. Honestly I did not realize Calgary had a team, and I feel like I’ve never seen that logo before, so I guess we could move on from them, and probably replace them with Vancouver, or maybe like Alaska, Yukon, something slightly quirkier, but also notably hockey.

To move a team from somewhere, I'd remove Great Falls from the league and relocate them somewhere else.  Where is Great Falls anyway?  Is there a hockey history or lore from there?
