Haha yeah. I definitely could see Toronto as suitors for him. Really depends, I think it'd be something like Roster Player +21st for him. or a Roster Player + Spect + 2nd or something similar either way I would love for Anaheim to get him. we'd be 2/3 of the way to an Oilers line :lol:

I'm saying it's a fair deal in terms of which players are involved and the team needs of each. Gagner has played 6 seasons in the NHL. He's 1 1/2 years older than Gardiner, and has potential out the ass. He just put up career highs. Given the fact that he's put up semi-decent numbers consistently on a team that's consistently bottom of the pack, I don't see it as out of the question for Gagner to be equal to Gardiner

Yeah the Leafs defintely need to get rid of a young puck moving defenseman who has shown signs of possibly becoming a top defenseman in the league. Just what we need!

Gardiner > Gagner IMO and every one else that has commented on the fact. The end.

Also value doesn't mean I think it's going to happen nor do I think Toronto would do it. What I'm saying is neither player is old enough to say which is better, they both have crazy potential, and they both fit the team they'd be going to needs

You seem to neglect the fact that I said THE DEAL ISN'T GOOD. Holy fuck it's like you don't comprehend that what I'm saying is the deal is fair because of the players. The players I think are very equal in terms of skill and they fit the needs of the other team involved. Not that they should make the trade or that it's going to happen.
