I did love him when Karlsson was out, he played great in that lil stretch but was our worst player in playoffs. Wiercioch is betta tbh
You do realize Karlsson was out for longer than that little stretch right?

Thank you to My boys @Merica and @Ragnar for the lovely sigs!

Noooo you hate HF  Wink

Lets not start with the HF Sens fans.

"Peter Regin will eventually replace Spezza"
"We can easily beat the Pens"

Ugh

He is a terrible defensman. Great offensive player and with some good players he will be good. Him and Goligoski will be a good pp pairing.

I will never forgive him after this though

 I hear ya! Detroit's more on the negative side though Wink

"Fire Babcock! Fire Holland!"
"Trade/Release Filppula, Franzen, Quincey, Abdelkader, Cleary, anybody"
"Holland/Babcock need to play the young prospects!" followed by "Is Brendan Smith a bust?"

Yeah Gonchar's just a turnover machine who was +5 while Chris Phillips was a -5. Them turnovers just making Gonchar turrible

Gonchar had 28 turnovers compared to his 10 takeaways, Phillips & Gonchar had were both -5 in the takeaway/give away ratio but Phillips had 7 more blocked shots and 17 more hits.

Our PP was at 15.9%, which places us in the bottom half of the league, Gonchar only had 3 PP points, none of them goals. Since he is such a great puck moving dman, our PP shoulda been much better.

Our PK was first in the league at 88% despite us being the 10th most penalized team in the NHL, Methot & Phillips were HUGE on the PK and had a much bigger impact than Gonchar did on the PP.

Alfie wins Messier leadership award and Maclean wins the Jack Adams, very well deserving people!

I like Gonchar but he's Russian and decides some games that he wants to play and others that he doesn't. Most of the playoffs it's like he wasn't even trying. Locked up until 40 at that price? No thank-you. We have young guys that can replace him.

I really think there's going to be a huge move made in Ottawa this off-season.

And lol Maxy talking like he watches every Sens game, fuck off. Methot was our best defenseman this season, guy is unreal.

He seems pretty cool, I mean hes involved with team activities, he always hangs out with his teammates off the ice.. Im not sure though, he plays like a lil pest on ice haha

So Bobby Ryan rumors heating up, word is Zib might move, Im willing to pay for a need so yeah I think I would be comfortable moving Zib in a deal for Ryan. Spezza-Ryan would be amazing.

Losing Alfie is a real numb feeling, my heart is seriously broken, I respect him so much though, I wish him a cup in Detroit, hes one of the bigger reasons why I started to love hockey. When he retires I hope he goes to the hall fame and I know that Ottawa will retire his jersey, this guy is a legend and I truly respect him for that.

Bobby Ryan to Ottawa, pretty good deal, finally get our top line guy for Spezza, Ill miss Silvy, Anaheim will love him though, solid player who will most likely be a 20-30 goal guy in the near future. Noesen is pretty good, never liked him, I have no idea why but he just didn't look to me like a good prospect and our 1st I think will be 20th - 25th.

Im still gonna keep wearing my Alfie jersey, so much respest for him. Detroit you guys are real lucky to have him, heart and soul type guy.

He turned his back on u guys, pretty retarded. He was the longest reigning captain in the NHL, and he can't even bother to let him team trade him, instead he just walks away.

Atleast if the Sens sucked and he was joinning a Chicago type team, but he's going from one above avg team to another.

Nice slap in the face from the Sens to get Ryan though, definitely better than Alfie.
