Leafs Off-Season

Bobby's a power forward. He brings so much more than points that Kessel doesn't.
You're kidding right?

I'm just going to leave it with what I said. I don't want another long discussion.

Hearing Lecavalier could decide which #NHL he'll sign with as early as tonite. Told #Canadiens were in the final running but are now out.

Come to the leafs VINNY!

Also I'm not saying Gardiner isn't going to make the trade into the Leafs favor he has the potential to.

But if we're going off the fact that the Biggs for Gibson and Rackell trade doesn't matter because they haven't proved anything in the NHL then the same logic has to be used for Gardiner who has played one season. You can't have it both ways sorry

They traded picks. It wasn't Biggs for Gibson and that other kid. At no point did the leafs ever own gibson's rights. Same with the other irrelevant spect.

No... No I'm not. Aside from the playoffs Kessel has never played the boards, he doesn't hit, he doesn't engage physicality pretty much ever.

Ryan does all of those things. Therefore he brings things to the game that Kessel does not? Which is why I'd take him.

Thank you to My boys @Merica and @Ragnar for the lovely sigs!

Well still a bad trade for the Leafs since Gibson and Rakell's potential is higher than Biggs'

Which is the whole reasoning behind Gardiner being better than Beauchamin.

Good fucking god you're dumb.

It's just not even worth it. You're clearly biased and I'm clearly biased so I'm not even gonna bother. You've got just as much dumb fan bias considering every Leafs fan I've ever spoken to said Giguere was absolute garbage as a Leaf. Plain and simple

And the fact you say you've beaten us in all these trades when in actuality it's only.... One?

And the Steckel trade doesn't count because it was a cap dump.

Give me a fucking break.

I'm not bias at all. I just use logic which you lack and have proven that. JSG wasn't that great for us but he certainly was better than Toskala which is what I said in my previous post. lol

Lupul+Gardiner for Beauchemin = Toronto win
JSG for Blake+Toskala = Toronto Win
Steckel for Lasch+7th = Anaheim win
Fraser for Dale Mitchell = Toronto win
Mike Brown for 5th = Toronto win
Brad May for conditional pick = Toronto win

This argument = I won therefore Toronto win

oh ok. So Kessel doesn't hit let's take Ryan over him lmao. I'm done with that.

That is just an idiotic comment....pro-rated....on pace
....I mean what you are insinuating is that in 38 games Kessel would not of scored 10 goals and Ryan would of scored 19....use logic kid before you post. Smile

You see the bold Maxy....man does it get old that I keep proving you wrong?

It's not a bad trade. It was just a poor pick which I'm sure Burke had his big American hands on.

Gardiner was drafted by the ducks and they owned his rights. It's completely different. He's not as good as Beauch was this year but he'll probably be better by as early as this upcoming season.
