I believe (and Ragnar please correct if I'm wrong) what has often been found is that hiring a lot of people to make the job less arduous on each person has never really worked, because it's difficult to get that many reliable people doing the job each and every week, and to keep solid communication between all of those people so that everybody is in perfect cohesion. It may take longer with a smaller team, but usually runs a lot smoother. The bank right now is running as well or better than it ever has.

The important thing is that the league requires people to do the jobs they were hired for in a timely and efficient manner.

Base pay can also be supplemented with performance bonuses for people who will do even the bare minimum required to help the league run smoothly and allow everyone to reap the rewards of all their efforts.

This is also true. Guys like Ragnar have been paid above their base pay in recent seasons if I recall correctly.

I would never volunteer for this, don't have the time... but to keep it getting too tedious or boring for some you could hire a couple guys for each role and have them alternate weeks, one on, one off, etc so they take turns doing what sounds like a miserable but much needed job?

Its not so much miserable but tedious when it gets backed up and personally, I am not free to do anything til Thursday until I'm lucky. I had to let the guys know to cover my ass as I'm already a little behind.

My issue was the period of days I normally update is when my wife is working overnights, I can sit poor a drink and do it all at once. Her schedule just changed drastically so finding time soon will be a little difficult
