Jack Crasher, the prized free agent of the Season 7 off-season is apparently not interested in signing with an SHL team. No, he's not retiring, he's considering going to the EEL.

Apparently, Crasher was not impressed with any of the SHL teams and so off to the EEL he goes. The front runners appear to be :vipers: and , with Stockholm just a bit ahead of the Vipers. My sources are telling me that he was offered a 3 year, 15M (5M a year) by the Vipers and a 4 year, 24 (6M a year) deal by the Stampede. I guess the SHL isn't glamorous enough for the league's resident Caveman.

Update, 12/31/11 (3:35 PM): Just spoke with a GM and apparently yet another EEL team is in the race for Crasher's services. This GM, however, wished to remain anonymous and so therefore I must respect his wishes.
