Wallmart Yodelling Kid Factor
Years ago, and internet video surfaced featuring the timeless art of the yodel being passionately belted out by a young kid at a Walmart Superstore. Hearts and minds were touched by this young man’s display of vocal excellence. This season, the Anaheim outlaws have featured the song that the infamous song as their goal horn as a way to pay tribute to the video that has so touched us as a society. They would also hope that the possibility of hearing the song during a game would encourage more scoring among the Outlaws players. Unfortunately, the song didn’t spark the team as much as they had wished, but not for a lack of trying.

Pornhub Sponsorship Advantage?
One of the several great new implementations added this season to the SMJHL was the addition of sponsors and advertisements to the boards and ice of every SMJHL rink. The sponsors allow for the teams to take in more capital and disperse it to their players, the organization, and the community. Among the more prominent sponsors for the Armada are the video and entertainment site PornHub, with their ad displayed proudly in the neutral zone of the rink. Tonight’s game featured a benefit that for every goal scored by the Outlaws, $1,000 would be donated to the Anaheim branch of the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. Unfortunately, they were only able to pot 2 goals tonight, but that is still $2,000 going to a good cause.

Three Stars
3. Chris de Siren – Perhaps this veteran winger should be higher up than third star on this list. He played a stellar game, sniping one goal and assisting on two others in a very high-scoring game for the Boats. Chris will surely make some noise as his career in Anchorage continues, and when he makes the jump to Calgary in the SHL.

2. Bork Lazer – Although this hulking six-foot-three defenseman didn’t have as many points as Chris de Siren, the points he obtained were on very important and meaningful goals. He set the tone with a huge goal to start of the game, and continued he intensity throughout the rest of the 60 minutes.

1. Ryan Cvitkovich – Another Boats player with a three point night in a dominant win. His goal took place during the second-period beat-down and was also his first of the year.
