Team Sweden S55 WJC Roster Announcement

FORWARDS:

Sven Svenson @LordBirdman
An offensive left winger that comes from the Colorado Raptors. The past season he scored 27 times with a shot percentage of 14,84%. Totaling in on 47 points in 50 games gives him 0,94 points per game while also running a +/- of 9. His powerplay skill will be something to look forward to.

Rikard Hammarberg @jtam
Also an offensive forward that joins us from Maine Timber. Having played 51 games the last season and delivering an impressive 22 assists and scoring 8 times he joins us as another offensive weapon that we look forward to seeing on the ice.

James Kimanje @"VRTX L4S3R"
Joining us after 50 games in Nevada Battleborn, he made 13 assists and 1 goal. A clear playmaker that fits the team in our eyes. His balanced play will help securing the important games.

Alexander Oscarsson @Zema
Another player joining us from Maine Timber, also with a strong offensive upside. In the 50 games he played he delivered 37 points, 17 goals and 20 assists. With 129 shots taken makes his shooting percentage land on 13,18%.

Sven Gunnar @Southie
Joining the team after playing the season in Quebec City Citadelles and ending the season with 27 points. Had a place in the powerplay during the season where almost a fifth of his points comes from. After the season was finished his shooting percentage landed on 13,27%.

Juni Panda @juniped
One of the forwards with a unique playstyle. Another forward that joins from the Colorado Rapotors. Ending the season with 22 points and the insane number of 242 hits. His physical game is a strength that we are looking to take advantage of.

Yngve Simonsson @JumpierPegasus
Coming from the Detroit Falcons and just having finished his first season he ended up getting 16 points in 50 games. His sacrificing plays made him block 58(!) shots during the season and he is just the kind of team player that we want and need for this WJC.

Jonathan Granström @Halkohol
An entirely new prospect that has yet to play a game but joins after being signed as a DFA by the Colorado Raptors. Not a lot can be said about his past, but we look forward to seeing him in play.

Freyja Hellström @Calliope
Also an entirely new prospect but joining after being signed as a DFA by Maine Timber. Not a lot to say about her past either but there are rumors about her strong offensive play.

Calvin Hobbes @krazko
Another player coming from Maine Timber, also having played 50 games during the season. He ended up with 15 total points where almost half of them come from powerplay. This strong side is something we will hopefully see more of when the WJC begins.

Kwame Dakari @Zaitsev
Coming from Carolina Kraken, he made a very impressive season. Through his 50 games he made 40 points. 22 goals and 18 assists. This ended up with him finishing at an incredible +/- of +18 and a shooting percentage of 18,97%. We cannot wait to see him on the ice.

Lucas Johansson @JR95
Making our forward roster complete we have another Maine Timber player. Through the past season he made 11 points and ended with a +/- of +3. We can already see his potential just after the first season and we know he can contribute a lot for us with his balanced style of play.

DEFENSE:

Joseph Fantobens @Fantobens
Joining us from the Detroit Falcons. We believe that he has a good chance to show his offensive side. Ending the season after 50 games with 12 points, 11 assists, he shows a strong read of the game.

Jasper Maximov @enigmatic
Joining in from Quebec City Citadelles, he played 50 games. During those games he made sure to get 18 points and almost half of them, 8, in powerplay. Another offensive defenseman that has a lot to give for us.

Emilia Bergman @Renomitsu
From the Anaheim Outlaws comes yet another strong defender. Her past season landed her with 27 points over 50 games. A +/- of +5, 6 powerplay points, and a shooting percentage of 12,66%. Her shots are without a doubt something we all are going to look forward to.

Rikard Bjerg @AgentSmith630
The first of many joining us from Maine Timber. Showing us his offensive quality by bringing in 14 points in 50 games last season. Ending up with a positive +/- of +2 shows he is a stable defender that we can count on.

Jöörgüštrâäd DuBølk @MCP_
Also from the Anaheim Outlaws. Having played 50 games, he ended up with 14 points. His stamina is one of his most impressive attributes as he logged over 20 minutes of playing each game. Also having a strong defensive upside, he made sure to make 34 takeaways.

Noah Nystrom @LightningDragon
Our final defender joins us from Kelowna Knights. He played for 50 games, scoring 6 times and ending with 12 points and a +/- of 5. Hopefully, he will present himself to be the last piece of our puzzle.

GOALIES:

Jerry Huuveri @Jerppu
Coming from the Colorado Raptors, he had an impressive GAA of 2,73 the last season. His strong goalkeeping is a great contribution to what will make our defense. Having started 43 games he made sure that 21 of them were victors.

Sergei Potvinov @Winstobick
Joining us from the Vancouver Whalers he started 12 games past season. Delivering a save percentage of 91,6% he comes to us as a solid backup.
