I think it would be interesting to have an mPT - not a PT - that involves a member sharing as much about them as they feel comfortable. Given the closed off nature of discord, it's hard for a lot of people to get to know those outside of their team. This would give people a chance to share a bit about themselves and what they feel is important. We talk about our players all the time, so why not turn the tables?

Maybe a few times a season we could do a PT related around mental health; either through something your player is dealing with in the league or something the user is going through or has gone through. Mental health is a big topic and more avenues are opening for it, and I think allowing people to share through a PT would be helpful. Even if it's about your player, people do draw on their own experiences.

The best idea for a new PT is probably one where your player pitches an idea to give the league something that loosely resembles parity. Nothing comes of it, but you could do a whole presentation for your pitch that falls on deaf ears.
Every season there should be a point task that asks the community for ideas for point tasks. Make it short like twenty five words or so. Hey if you do it enough you don’t even need a pt director. You can just pick them out of a hat.
