Falcons, friends and falcon friends. My time as the captain of the falcons have now ended. It is both with a sad and heavy heart that I say this. At the same time, I look to the future with bright eyes and hope because we really have a great potential with the team. With my departure, the tradition that started with the captain before me will continue and the last captain will choose the new ones. It is therefore my great honor as prior captain of the Detroit Falcons to announce the captains of the Detroit Falcons for S60. These choices are made with consideration of earlier season’s contribution, presence in our locker room and contributions to the good atmosphere we have on ice as well as off ice. With no further ado, here are our captains:

Captain – Kermit Murphy @notorioustig

Kermit Murphy and Tig has been an incredible contributor to our locker room and overall helpful to all users. One thing is for sure and that is Detroit would not be what it is today without Tig. As an ex-GM he knows the ins and outs and Kermit Murphy is a great contributor on ice scoring the most goals in the regular season last season. It would feel very wrong to let Kermit Murphy graduate without having been Captain Falcon for at least one season. SKREE!

Assisting captain – Pavel Jeziak @Leppish 

Jeziak and Leppish has already tasted what it means to be assistant captain for one season. By this point he is as much a Detroit veteran as Kermit Murphy. A solid player and an even more solid user. We are glad to have you in the organization. Always looking to improve your performance on ice and only bringing a happy attitude, this choice was obvious. SKREE!

Assisting captain – Ty Murphy @Pickle Juice

A last season rookie now taking the stage up to the assistant captain position. Ty Murphy and Pickle Juice is truly worthy of this position for the Falcons. A great user that I am so glad we got to the team. Ty Murphy is the future of the team and leadership which is why I put him as the third of the captains. Constant good attitude and contributions to a positive environment is why he deserves this! SKREE!
