I absolutely adore the website. It makes the whole thing immersive and reminds me of my childhood where i'd use the NHL site to build my own stands on peg board.

I will say i'd like to see more encouragement into really PLAYING your character. With the advent of discord and the tightness of Locker rooms there, as well as just how comfortable the community is with each other, its hard to see anyone playing that hardcore cup chaser or the guy gunning for big money. Maybe some cities grow on some players and maybe others sour, but right now the league seems full of those humble guys and gals who'd stay through rebuild after rebuild and take discounts.

I love the organization of the site! Maybe that is just because I've been here long enough that it makes sense. I would love to change where we watch the sims though. I really want there to be embedded streams onto the website so the sims can be streamed on wherever, but watched here! I don't know if that would up viewer count, but I think we would probably see some newer players watching the streams a bit more. Really I have no idea on that, but I think its a neat idea.

The amount that the SHL has grown and evolved and really made sure to stay head of the curve. Changing sim engines to make it more realistic and competitive, adopting an Index that is much more interactive are just some of the things that make the SHL the greatest sim league out there

As many have already said, the new index is just amazing! So much hard work went into it and it looks just terrific!

For what I don't like, I miss being able to look at a box score. I don't miss SimonT at all, but I do miss the boxscores that Simon provided.

I have no clue who did it but that index is one of the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen in my entire life.

If i had to complain about anything it would be moving the banner uptop of the page rather than on the side. Thats strange

i like how this site looks i am not super invested in this league but its easy to keep up with stuff for the most part; i am glad the new scale has made it easier for casual earners to have a spot

I like it that the site keeps progressively getting better and better with upgrades to the way a lot of things are done usually working well to achieve their purpose (at least the ones I've been around for).

It would have been easy to bring out one thing or another for the dislike part of this exercise only like six months ago, but with all the recent upgrades to things like Twitter automation and the new Index, it's pretty hard now. If I have to bring out a personal inconvenience, the pro league sims could run like an hour earlier, so it would not mean I have to try to stay awake for them, but then that's just a time zone thing and has no universal solution tobfit everyone in any case.

I gotta give a lot of props to my fellow J GM's in the amount of respect they show for each other and the fun they all collectively gave despite being 'competitors.' Going into the GM chat I had no clue what to expect and they are all very welcoming (and this goes for the new GM's too, since i know they are all good people). What I wouldn't want to change is the passion all of us have for the league and making sure that all players have the best experience in the J.

I think one of the things that could be improved is having a rookie guide that shows you all the steps to getting your player started, earning TPE, and when expected timelines usually are. Honestly I don't know if something like this exists now or if it's in the works though.

The commitment a lot of people put into the site to make it run is almost baffling to me. Everyone that makes this site tick deserves praise.

One downside is how easy it is to burn out if you want to max earn. Unless you're able to find two well paying jobs early on, you're forced to produce dozens of media pieces each season if you wanna stay at the top.

Sense of community and production of the Drafts is super engaging and really fun! Nothing jumps out as negative, and I haven't come across anything that I've personally felt needed an improvement. I saw a post above mine talking a bit about burn out if you want to max earn, and I can relate with that, not sure what could be done about it though!

Fantasy and casino are two things I really enjoy and I feel isn't getting enough love. Sure the bank system is awesome and the move on FHM is turning out well while there is still a lot of work to do on the index, but those two things add a lot to the league.

The best thing about this site has to be the people, no question. I have never had a problem with anyone here, it has always been a friendly environment.

One thing I love recently is the new index that was made for the league as it is awesome! Props to everyone that worked on it.

One thing that needs work is the international forums as they are so dead .

I love enjoying a career of an ice hockey player. This league has everything - draft, junior league, contracts, trainings, locker rooms, IIHF, awards, records and so on.

I don't like championship week. I don't know why it's neccessary to out of a sudden do 5+ tasks in a random week after the season.
