Hi there, I'm G2019 (player name Sconnie McHits - LW) and I've just finished up my rookie season in the J. I've been lucky enough to play with a great young core and management in Anaheim and am currently a co-GM for UCORCAL in the WJC. I'm here today to put my name out there to IIHF Fed Heads and players, as I created with an unassigned birthplace so that I would have some flexibility on which country I might be able to represent at the senior international level. Things I Value In A Team
1. Locker Room Environment: I'm lucky enough to be part of some great locker rooms in my various sim leagues, and I'd love to add another one to the list! I'm looking for a positive, upbeat, and invested group of users to hang with. The LR doesn't need to be popping 24/7, but especially during tournament time I'd love to be in an active LR where we seem to care about the results, many try to watch the streams, etc. Toxicity towards teammates is a big no.

2. A Vision for Becoming or Staying Competitive: Look, I'm not a medal hunter. I'm not going to join a federation just because they give me the best shot at a gold medal. All I look for is that the group has a plan on how to move forward, that they are invested in improving, and that they are not complacent with not competing. I don't mind playing for a team who is building/rebuilding, as long as there is a plan. In fact, I really enjoy the war room aspect and would be willing to assist with scouting unassigned players for whichever federation I join.

3. Ice Time: To me this is kind of an obvious one; if you don't have room for me in your team, I'll probably look elsewhere. Bonus points if I can get playing time sooner than I would elsewhere, but not a deal-breaker if I need to bide my time in a strong team. As long as I can be a solid contributor for a number of seasons, I'm cool.
