Registered The Two-Time Two-Time With the regular season finished, and now the first round of the SHL playoffs finished as well, the time has now come for another round of additions to the Los Angeles Panthers Walk of Fame. For those that missed the original announcement, you can find the initial announcement here while the Walk of Fame itself can be found here. Without further ado, let us get into the next round of Walk of Fame inductees! We've covered a few Los Angeles firsts already in the first set of inductees, so we'll start this one with one more franchise first. Jackson @Molholt Weekes had a season for the record books in S24 en route to both his and the franchise's first Ron Mexico Award for League MVP. Weekes played in 46 games that season, posting a 30-9-7 record, a .926 save percentage, and a 1.94 GAA. That 1.94 GAA was best in the league by a wide margin, with the second place starting goalie finishing with a 2.19 GAA while facing 33 less shots and allowing 11 more goals than Weekes did in the same amount of games played. Jackson Weekes would finish with 237 games played for the Los Angeles Panthers with a career 2.39 GAA and .912 save percentage while playing for the Panthers. Congratulations! Pivoting only slightly, we now move on to the second goalie inducted to the Walk of Fame. Knox @Tate Booth did almost everything you could ask of a goalie to do short of winning a Challenge Cup. Booth finished his career as the Los Angeles Panthers franchise leader in goalie games played (546), wins (265), saves (18459), and shutouts (38). Combining those with a career 2.97 GAA and a .913 save percentage, Knox Booth was a brick wall in net for the Panthers. Knox Booth took home the John McBride in S56 despite finishing with a negative W-L record (20-21-3) due in part by his save percentage at .934 and his league leading GSAA, which sat at 39.15, 11.53 above the second place goalie. Booth was the most consistent part of the Panthers throughout his career and it is only fitting that he be recognized in the rafters for what he gave to the golden coast. Congratulations! The this inductee to the Walk of Fame in this cycle is a user who is still widely recognized throughout the league. Throughout his time in Los Angeles, Philipp @RomanesEuntDomus Winter was a perennial offensive powerhouse. To this day, Winter is the only player in Los Angeles history to play over 900 games for the Los Angeles Panthers, finishing his career at 996 games played. Philipp Winter is also the current franchise leader in goals (367), assists (468), and points (835). Winter took home the Ron Mexico in S52 for finishing as the league's top scorer with 56 points (27-29-56). Truly ahead of his time, Philipp Winter will forever be immortalized in the Walk of Fame. Congratulations! Keep an eye out as we plan to induct more players and users into the Los Angeles Walk of Fame over time. With such a long history, we have a lot of time to make up for. Congratulations to these three inductees of the Walk of Fame!
