And we're back!

Hello everyone! Sky here! I am honored to be returning as the GM of Team USA White for this season's WJC Tournament. But I'm not flying solo this season- I'm joined at the head of this team by @xjoverax in his first season.
We're confident in the abilities of the roster we've put together this season, with many players returning from last tournament's USA White team and looking for redemption after an early knockout at the hands of the Solberg twins and Team Norden.

We are also excited to be announcing our captaincy group as part of this announcement, unlike last season. While some teams choose to wait and elect captains via player vote, USA White's GM team has decided to appoint captains based on previous performance and presence.

Therefore, Ryland Murphy will be wearing the C for USA White in his final season of play. He is returning in this role following the S74 tournament, in which he was the leading scorer and winner of the DeMaricus Smyth Award as the best forward of the tournament and nominee for the Brady McIntyre Award for tournament MVP.

Celeste Desjardins is returning with an an A on their sweater for the second season in a row, coming off of a career-high 96-point season for the Citadelles and third season wearing an A for that team.

The newest addition to USA White's on-ice leadership group is defender John Peanut, our defensive representative to the captaincy! He fills the shoes of departed defensive A Leon Rizzton and will be playing top pair minutes coming off a career-high 40-point season in the J.

On behalf of the entire USA White leadership team, I welcome all of you to the roster! We're very excited to get started in the tournament, and we expect great things from all of you.
