Hello, during the SMJHL Draft, Ottawa attempted to trade their S79 3rd round pick. This pick was already traded previously as a conditional sliding Reddit pick. In line with the rulebook, SMJHJL Head Office voted to apply the standard penalty of:
The second trade featuring the double traded pick will be altered to have the offending team's pick adjusted to the next available pick one round higher (S80 2nd).
And the offending team's next available 3rd round pick will be forfeit (S81 S80 3rd).

Additionally, the tracking tool given to GMs failed to reflect the completion of the condition, and therefore, all SMJHL HO members and the relevent budget worker and will be fined half-season pay for failure to keep the sheet accurate.

EDIT: The forfeited 3rd round pick should be for S80, not for S81, as that is the next available 3rd OTT has.
