Deep Dive Grading & Resubmission Policy (Effective Immediately)
In light of lessons learned from the previous season, the Deep Dive Team is implementing the following updated procedures to ensure timely grading, clarity, and consistency across the department:

  1.  Grading Turnaround Time:
    The team will aim to grade submissions within 48 hours of posting. A maximum window of 72 hours is considered acceptable before action is required.

  2.  Delayed Grading Protocol:
    If a Deep Dive remains ungraded or TPE is not applied within 72 hours, the Department Head will step in to address the delay immediately.

    3.Resubmission Support:
    If a submission is rejected, graders will provide clear, constructive feedback and suggestions to help the rookie bring the article into compliance with department guidelines.

   4. Limit on Resubmissions:
    If a rookie continues to submit non-compliant articles or fails to apply the grader's suggestions after multiple attempts, the department reserves the right to deny further resubmission attempts for that article.

   5. Escalation & Clarification:
    If feedback is unclear or the rookie feels they need more support, they are encouraged to reach out to the Department Head for additional clarification or guidance.

    These policies will be reviewed periodically and adjusted as needed to support fairness, efficiency, and rookie success.
