- New Threads can not be created here by users, only automated threads posted by the portal. The server checks every 15 minutes for new retired or unretired players and posts here if anyone has retired/unretired.

- To retire your player follow these steps:

1. Go to your player page on the portal: https://portal.simulationhockey.com/player
   
2. Click on the hamburger icon above your player's attributes
   
3. Click Retire
   

- Retiring your player will keep them in the league they are in until the start of the following season unless they would have two players in the same league, then the older player is retired immediately.
