Firstly I would like to thank Hamilton for the great negotiations. Best of luck to you guys in the Playoffs.
This was a really tough deal to make because I don't like taking steps back as far as competing in any particular season. However, we have a lot of unknowns surrounding our team right now and we can't afford to let anyone go without getting something for them right now, and that is why we are trading two retiring players to Hamilton.
Dooley and Secord are absolute first class guys, and I have nothing but good things to say about either of them. Both have helped our team a lot and played instrumental roles in our Cup victory last season. Dooley has always been there to lend advice with his great experience in the league, and Secord is one of the best friends I've made in this league so it definitely hurts to see you two go. Good luck in Hamilton guys.
Now, FourFour! I'm super excited to add you to our team. Yeah, we already have a great young goaltender in Aittokallio, but it never hurts to have a wealth of great netminders, eh? FourFour is incredibly active which is very important for me right now, and I think these two young goalies will be able to have a great competition within the organization, and will push each other to be better.
Jordin FourFour is a fantastic young player and a true bluechip prospect. He's got the attitude that every GM wants on their team and is just an absolute pleasure to be around. I'm truly heartbroken to see him go. I know he's got everything it takes to become a starter in the SHL and I think this move is going to open up new and exciting opportunities for his career.
I want to thank him for all his hard work and wish him the very best going forward. I know he'll be a great success because he's got all the tools to become a star in this League.
Hamilton is one of the hottest teams in the League right now and there's no question we're hungry to get back to the Finals. We think this could be the year to make that run and we know Markus Dahl and Zach Dooley deserve another Cup before they hang up the skates.
Markus Dahl is a fantastic forward having a fantastic year. A great sniper who can score is something we're always looking for in Hamilton and we're pleased to bring another Center in to add to our already deep roster.
Zach Dooley is a legendary player and one we're thrilled to see back in Hamilton. We're very excited to welcome back the S3 12th overall Steelhawk to Hamilton to play his final games. His versatility and experience are valued assets for any team looking to go deep in the Playoffs.

FourFour is a very good prospect, but with Reimer as future starter he wouldn´t had a fair future here, so we dediced to move him to give him a fair shot.
It was a hard one to talk about in the Steelhawks Front Office, because any time you are losing a player as active as Fourfour you aren't too sure about it.
But, he'll have a much better shot to get the starting role he deserves with Edmonton. Edmonton gets a fantastic goaltender, and this move may be what it takes to push Hamilton over the edge in the East.

It's a good trade, though I find it interesting that I got ripped for dealing Blaine for a pair of 2nds + and nobody mentions a 3, 4, and 5 on this one.
