Pages that would load in a second take several seconds

Online games i often have ping of 750+ now, when usually i have less than 100


Anyone know why this is happening and how i can fix it?

ive noticed the same shit been happening to me, like everything is slowed down and its taking longer to load videos and pages, damn kids need to hop of the comp and go outside!
