The apps didn't exactly flood in, so we thought that we weren't going to get many more and we made an executive decision (which was helped by the SHL Commissioners too) to go ahead and look at apps and decide. We got some good apps so we decided. Sorry if you think it's too quick, but we aren't going to waste time waiting around for people. See the thread, get them in. That's how it should be, it's a sign of being on the inititive.
