The SMJHL Draft is getting closer and closer, and now it is time for the young and fresh prospects to get a taste of what it is going to be like on their journey to the big leagues! The SMJHL Prospect Showcase is a storied and proud tradition in the SHL, and we are hoping to make it a regular mainstay in the league, with the same teams competing every single year. After bringing it back in S24, we had an excellent showing, with the Blazers winning their second straight championship and looking for a third!

However, this is a new year, and with a new year comes new prospects, new GMs, and a new opportunity for each team to win it all! For those of you who are unfamiliar, this is going to be a round-robin tournament featuring any and all S26 prospects. Each team will play 10 games, then there will be a single-elimination playoff based on the standings. Whichever team is left standing at the end of it will be crowned champions!

The rosters are still being worked on, as the recruitment drive has not quite gotten in full swing, but there are three GM positions open for those who are looking to get some experience in management! Send me a PM with your application if you are interested in leading one of these teams to victory!

I messaged him like a week and a half ago asking him if this was happening again and, if it was, if I could GM a team lol.

Been looking forward to this opportunity since we lost the elimination game in our tournament.
