Does anyone have a list of the female players that have played in the league? I don't care as much about the users, but I'm trying to find out about some for my first article.

I'd also be interested in questions people would like me to answer for it. Make me think of things I might not otherwise think of on my own! So if you want to submit a question for a Q&A section of the article, please do so here or PM me. I won't be counting the questions in my word count, so don't worry about me making "money" from your work. :D

This is the correct place for this sort of thing, as for the list. I am not aware of one. You could check out the draft lists though, located in Player Central.

Two older ones that I can think of are Jamie Rose and Rachel Belmont.

Also Hermione Granger, Isabella Esparsza-Osvaldson. Checking draft lists might work better than us trying to name them all off, though. Great idea for an article topic.

I'm mainly looking for prominent ones, but some newer ones that are up-and-coming would be very helpful too, so these aren't hurting. I'm still gonna go through the lists to get a count.

Where do you think you'll go in the upcoming SMJHL draft?
How much of an advantage is your early arrival? What do you plan on doing with it?
What song(s) do you listen to in order to get you pumped up for a game?
What kind of goalie are you? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Do you model your game after any players current or old?

Here's the list I came up with. 12 female players. There were a lot of Jamie's, but I'm not sure how many were women, so I only included Jamie Rose since you guys told me.

i. Jamie Rose
ii. Isabella Esparza-Osvaldson
iii. Danielle Hogan
iv. Rachael Belmont
v. Laurabel Mba
vi. Emma Watson
vii. Alicia Keys
viii. Maria Maximova
ix. Cynthia Taylor
x. Crysta L. Chandalier
xi. Alaina Sylvia
xii. Julie-Ann Marshall

Which of those that are longer tenured players were particularly successful in the SHL? Did anything notable happen with any of them around the SHL site not related to on-ice performance?
