Really, it sucks to trade a member like Mac, especially when you are a team like us who really are not the deepest or most active teams in the league but we believe that this trade was for the best for all parties involved. Mac being a player in regression and the fact that we are currently in a rebuild.
We got three picks that should supply us with 3 active players in the next two drafts. These two drafts will be very important for this organization and we are trying to collect as many as possible.
Mac goes to EDM to go challenge for a cup for the next couple of seasons. We wish both him and Edmonton the best of luck this season. It also was very easy dealing with you Jedi. Also Happy Birthday Jedi.

First, my sincerest thank you to Dangles and Hallsy, who were nothing besides open quality GMs throughout this deal. I wish you and Hallsy the best in the future, you have a good bunch in the LR even if its not many...for now...that I will miss a lot.
When Clitsome and Simons departed, I thought we'd have enough to make the playoffs, just squeaking in, but as our record shows, it isn't going to happen, Colts getting older and that single Cup is a little lonely.
When Edmonton inquired about me, Dangles let me know right away, to which I gave my go ahead on it, telling him to ask if he needed anything on my end to sweeten the pot for Hamiltons return.
So being asked to miss out on my first ever free agency, a lot to ask, but something I am willing to do to give back to the team that took me in when I was a lone wolf.
Not sure if I have to waive anything due to my previous contract, but if needed, I do.
