I hate him for a long list of reasons, but most of the people I talk to are caps fans and I was wondering if the consensus among other fans was that he is an awful jerk face as well. If you want you can say why you do or don't, just keep it nice guys.

This is why I don't like him, and to clarify I do not know him so I can't say for sure, but this is what I think. He cried to the pens and demanded a trade because he wasn't scoring. Lemieux said calm down I'm coming back and he thought to himself "oh I can score again" and let it settle down. Lemieux leaves again he continues to not score he asks for a trade AGAIN goes to capitals. Signs the biggest contract in NHL HISTORY (at the time) and this time he throws another fit. "Oh GMGM promised me he would get me a better linemate" whatever whatever gets traded yet again to new york. Then he bolts for the KHL because of the lockout (that isn't so bad but just adds to why I don't like him). Since he has come back he has been much better but how can so many people forget how awfully childish he acted when he was well past the age we should be acting that way.
