I said Winnipeg when I intended to say West Kendall 3 times. I said Edmonton instead of another team, maybe Texas, once. So, I think it went ok.

Thanks to Slappy for some topics.

good pod rich! i always enjoy your take on the ins and ends of the SHL. Also ..twas fun competing against you guys in the Challenege Cup... 7 game series... cant ask for a more exciting time in the world of SIM B)

About the IIHF, i get your stance on it... i dont think that the players are looking to bandwagon when they leave to a team like ireland as you said.. most of it is about oppertunity..players dont want to wait 7 seasons to make the roster, similar to the path that Lundberg went.. but to your point when that happens it does in effect make it lesss about the nation.. I can think of plenty of ways to give the IIHF that added push.. but those decisions are up to the powers that be.

You've always got a well reasoned and cogent stance on the issues of the day. I enjoy listening.

BTW, Nameless is a great name and you've got zero reason to ever change it.

Finally, although you don't care to spend much time on non SHL topics, listening to you talk about eating curry in Cypress was my favorite part of the whole thing. :D
