Ladies and Gentlemen we are Monday September 11th and welcome to the second Edition of ''Chiefs Express!''

My name is Mister Prime and I will on a daily basis recap the activities of the Minnesota Chiefs for Season 43 with focus on their lead Goaltender Sebastien Primeau.

Following a 6 - 2 loss against Manhattan in the season's opener the Chiefs were looking to get their first wins of the season today as they made their way to Florida to face the West Kendall Platoon! The Florida squad marched into this match following a 3 to 2 loss against the Stampede during their own season opener.

The Chiefs fired first with Wozy's first of the season mid period assisted by Fearghal and Nova. The Platoon went on the offensive and tied things up about seven minutes later with Dani Forsberg`s first goal this season with help from Caelum. A little over two minutes later Minnesota took the lead again when Nova found the back of the net with his first assisted by Glover during a Leafer Rielly penalty for hooking.

Minnesota was the only team to put it's name on the scoreboard in the second as Wozy scored his second of the season and of the game assisted by Garbanzo and Nova early in the period. The Platoon took a total of five penalties during the period including a Goalie Interference call from Forsberg which Primeau didn't appreciate at all.

The third period was a scoring fest as both teams netted a pair of goals each. The Chiefs scored first with Wozy's third and a hat trick during a Mete penalty for hooking. Sebastien Primeau got an assist on that goal as well as he and Wozy shared a celebration reminiscing the one PK Subban and Carey Price had with the Canadiens followed about three minutes later by Nova's second of the game assisted by Wozy and Fearghal. West Kendall scored the last two goals of the, Wilson scored his first of the season assisted by Brokstad and Vyskoc who then late in the game following a Fearghal holding penalty scored his first helped by Light and Forsberg.

Final score the Chiefs claims their first win of the season 5 to 3 against the Platoons.
Primeau now has a win and a loss with 30 saves out of 33 shots today with a 0.909 percentage. His opponent Beaujeaux Biscuit stopped 35 pucks out of 40 shot his way for his second loss of the season and a 0.875 percentage.

Terrance Nova got the game's first star
Noro Wozy with his hat trick got the second
Caelan Fearghal took the third

With this win the Chiefs stands fifth in the Standings tied with the Rage who are only fourth because they has a better Differential and less goal against than Minnesota. Damn it.

Terrance Nova is the Chiefs' lead scorer at the moment with 5 points including 2 goals and 4 assists. Wozy is only a point behind with three goals and one assist. In net Sebastien Primeau is ninth in the goalie standings with one win and a loss, a 0.857 save percentage and a 4.55 goal against average which he is not very happy about.

The season is still young and the Chiefs are looking forward to plenty more victories! The Stampede is the next opponent facing the Chiefs as the two teams will duke it out in Buffalo.
