2 weeks and suspend his player Gareth Rush for
3 games.

Snussu will all serve a
1 week forum suspension for abusing and spamming the down rep ability. Their players Pingy Pingu, Zivan Zidek and Dank Boija will also all serve

It's not an easy job handing out suspensions HO, it's not easy making things fair for all people because everybody has different opinions and perspectives, but if you're willing to hear from the people, we feel this is too harsh of a punishment without warning. I don't know if you have the ability to remove rep points (I hope you do) but I think you should eliminate down votes and pm those downrepping people and try to understand WHY they are upset. Have somebody hear them out and make a decision from the conversation.
Give more options for people who are upset and give them a voice. Any time there is a downvote, have a HO member reach out and talk to those parties independently and see whether it is a troll job, airing grievance and alleviating frustration, or actual bullying. I agree, if it's bullying, take action, but if it's because people are upset, talk to them and negotiate a solution. We need advocacy, not judges.
