Sig 1: 5/10 - This is a great start for your first sig, the paint splatters look good though they may be a bit overdone on the right arm. Try your best not to put your text in the corner of the sig, and look up teh "rule of threes" in photography if you want some help on where to place it. Render is a bit blurry but a lot of the time this cant be helped, look up a program called topaz labs to maybe help make your render look cleaner.

Sig 2: 5/10 - Text is in a much better spot for this one though id still reccomend looking up the rule of threes. The logos in the background is a nice touch, though i generally try and refrain from these because its hard to do effectively without drawing the eye away from the render.
