The text is very well executed. I really like the tracking on the second line, but i find your leading interesting (no points deducted, i just don't know how much the M interferes visually. i know there isnt an overlap but there's enough of an "almost overlap" that my eye just lands there every time). The player renders are assembled well and placed tactfully, but they dont reach their potential because of the overlay. The natural highlights on both renders are muted by the smoky overlay, which makes them fall a little flatter than they could. the flares/stars overlay looks great and provides artificial highlights, this new depth draws a bit more attention to the lack of highlights on the renders. Another issue with the highlight is the bright white border around the logo which shows that there is a pure white in the frame, but its not found on the renders. This reads really negatively, but i know your a good designer/illustrator and i just want you to make these tiny little changes to your lighting process so that i can get you paid, son.

Sig 2: 7/10 = 700K
Very nice wooden background with the flag overlay. The psuedo glow of the player render effectively blends the player into the background. The player render is lit very well. The only artifacts of potential edits are the masking gaps (forehead, top of helmet). the cut out of the background is very cool, but it invited some masking lapses on the top of the helmet and the shoulder. i'm not sure if the cutout was made as a vignette and laid above, or as a mask over all items with a precut element or a brush but it does a great job framing everything, including the text (great use of negative space).

Sig 3: 7/10 = 700K
The text and shadow are perfectly executed, along with the team name. I understand that the text is placed where it is to fit the available space from the GIF and render, but it seems a little off center with how the team name extends. The Gif's motion has handuffed you in the placement of the NEW logo. The smoke render filter is applied usefully and masked tastefully over the logo and the gif, but i'd prefer a little less of an overlay on top of the render as like previous signatures, we've lost some of the highlights.

Sig 4: 8/10 = 825K
To solve the highlight worry that i have, in photoshop tweek a levels adjustment layer, or use the camera raw filter and play with the sliders. the jersey swap and logo swap look good and are color matched to the background very well. The backgrounds texture and logo look great. The shadow of the text is colored in a way that makes the main text hard to read. I like the flash of orange on top of the swatch of green, but maybe a larger black under layer is needed, or maybe the smoke filter has washed out this contrast as well.

sorry that these all read so negatively.
