I was looking at some EHM leagues and such and wanna know how they exactly work and if anyone knows any good ones?

You become a gm..Make trades sign FA go through the draft..ETC ETC...Do everything that a IRL gm does...However they are full of bs...Most of them do not last very long...Some do however and we get lucky...

Okay thanks, I am also wondering how the seasons and scheduling work? Is it how the player does in real life and the season is the same length or is that a different type of league?
