Player Prompt:

Ty Murphy is one with nature.  When the season is ongoing, Ty lives either in the wilderness nearby or in the closest trailer park.  During his SMJHL career, Ty was a cherished member of a trailer park in the outskirts of Detroit.  The experience he had was like no other.  The level of camaraderie and collective efficacy he observed and experienced was like no other.  Living in a trailer park is like living in suburbs except all of your neighbors are ready to party 24/7.  None of that beat "come drink frozen drinks by my in ground pool" bullshit.  We are drinking ice cold beer standing around Jerry's grill as he throws yet another round of brats on, slathering each in ore beer than the last.  Hell yeah, that's a party.  In the wilderness?  Ty hunts for his food.  He once wrestled a boar with his bare hands and got it to submit.  The boar accepted its defeat graciously and ended its own life so Ty could eat its flesh and gain the necessary nutrients to go have a stellar SHL season.
In Detroit 4 chainz has a pretty decent place right next to his friend eminem. Its a bit from the current facilites but the travel isnt that big of deal. the place is nothing too crazy since it isnt permanent but he spents more time at shady's house working on his music. He's currently looking into the apartment situation around bourbon street in New orleans to try and find his place for future seasons. He doesnt care about having a facility close to the stadium he just wants his place to be close to the party. the apartment is going to be pretty minimal as he doesnt need much. 1 bedroom for the fun stuff and a 2nd bedroom that will end up being a recording studio. He wont be spending much time there as he'll be down at the bars making the most out of life or at the facility working on his game and earning more rings.
Written Task: So where do you live while the season is actually going on? In a condo near the arena? Is your current team the place you've been for a long time? Do you have a permanent home there? Either way, what does it look like? What kind of living situation does your player prefer and why? If they've been traded or signed to a new team or moved from the SMJHL to the SHL at any point, talk about what the move was like! How did they go about choosing a new place to live? (150+ words)

So where does Hirano live right now? Between a rock and a hard place to be quite honest. The reason being is there is no way to say it but Maine is an interesting place to live and is far far away from his SHL team in Montreal and at the end of the day he still lives in his trailer for travel purposes. Juniors does not pay exactly a high amount but let me tell you it’s going to be rough once the ship has sailed and Hirano gets called up to the big leagues. In the summer he’s usually in Japan with the folks back home but during the season he just lives in a Walmart parking lot with a truck and trailer wombo combo which isn’t awful but sometimes you just gotta feel for Hirano who does not exactly feel at home in North America. At his home in Japan life is easy because he has a place to stay but in North America he has to fend for himself in a land of language which is not his native younger. None the less he has been getting better with his English and at the end of the day I think he will adapt overcome and continue the big W.
PLAYER PROMPT - Written Task

Since I’ve only recently move to Texas to join the Renegades, after a great time with the Argonauts, I didn’t have the time to find myself a new place yet. At first, I would have liked to go to my old junior captain (David Arthuri-Donksoi) while I would have found my footing into the new city, but, DAD being the team’s dad, his place was already full of newcomers in the same situation as me.

In consequence, I’m still living at the team arena for the time being. I’m currently living 24 hours a day in the Renegade’s arena gym. This has a lot of perks such as saving me traveling time to go to the gym, to team meetings or to practice, but it has some drawback such as me not being able to sleep in since I wake up at 6 in the morning when the first players arrive to the gym.

Looking forward, I’ll be aiming to get myself an appartement not too far from the team’s arena and close to the city best golf course to be able to practice my swing in the off-season.

Given that Calgary is located very close to the Rocky Mountains, I would design the District surrounding the Big Parm with a mountain theme. In each cardinal compass point there would be a peak, each named after a Dragon legend, for example, Mount Esa. Each of these peaks would be for a specific purpose. One would be for entertainment. Inside would have theaters and arcades, amusement rides, carnival games and so forth. The outside would be an actual ski hill all year round and tobogganing and snowman building. Next would be the restaurant - the higher up you go the more exclusive and high end the dining would get. Every outlet would be required to offer a version of a chicken Parm. Meatball Parm is acceptable. The third peak would be a museum and Hall of Fame for the Calgary Dragons, with so much history and great teams and players it would have multiple displays. Lastly would be the hotel and suites and luxury apartments, so rich people could live there all year round and really live the Dragons life!
I think a stadium should be in a nice area in the city that also offers a lot of other stuff. Definitely should have some fancy hotels around it so people can stay close to the stadium. Then I would say some banging restaurants in all sorts of price ranges, from the fancy Michelin star restaurant to the crappy fast food joint. I think it would be fun to just have an area where fans can hang out outside the stadium and just watch the games, like a fan zone. Vienna opera has something where you can listen to the opera from outside the opera for free, maybe something like that but for sports. And then obviously you need some bars for the crazy fans who want to get drunk. Ultimately you want to make it so that people enjoy being around that area even games aren't on. That way you make it a popular destination and more people watch games and become fans.

It is a dream come true for Rashford who had been vying to the city to be allowed to be involved in the redevelopment of the area around the Winnipeg Arena.  An avid Sim City player in his spare time, Mikko had dreamt of many things that could be done.

The Arena would be centering the entire complex, there would be no above parking in the area, and only limited parking options (enough for staff, players, etc), with the rest of the parking being 5 minutes out of the downtown area and quick subway lines that would continue to feed the area from all four directions.

There would be a massive outdoor skating rink during the winter, with 4 different areas set aside for food trucks.  Two separate 18 disc golf courses would be permanent fixtures along with many dining options and restaurants.  Finally, the remaining park space that surrounds the arena would be dedicated park / play space for families
So my player got the fortunate job of working on his neighborhood by the Maine Timber facility. Since the SHL is different than the NHL, the players are able to get their money while they are in the minors. This thoroughly helped out Meowski as he was able to buy a mansion and live in it while playing for the timber. Since he leaves in a very mansion and gated community, the city decided that he should have the power to reimagine it and make it more welcoming. His first thought was to add more trees. Because many of the Timber players live there, he has decided that making their area feel like a forest was necessary. However he did not want to add too many trees and give it a horror film vibe either. Because of that he went for an arboretum feel so that way people would feel welcome and want to stay for a bit but would not want to overstay their welcome either. He hopes that you come visit him soon
Player Prompt

Thanks to the fact his father once played in both Detroit and Minnesota where he himself plays, Bastien has a family home in both of these cities. He doesn't own them, but they will belong to him one day as they are on his father's will.

The Detroit home is located not far from the arena, it's a Loft inside a condominium that back then first purchased was brand new and has all the accommodations for the life of a man who doesn't sleep there every night. Warm cozy bed, regularly maintained by a paid cleaner and with a gym room for private workouts as well as entertainment such as a few video game consoles including a VR set to play Sense Arena.

The Minnesota home is located in St-Paul and is a four-bedroom house this is where Bastien spent most of his childhood when he was born, while he came into the World in Montréal, he spent most of his childhood in Minnesota while his father played. The house has everything for daily and family life including an ice rink in the background, training equipment in the basement, and loads of other stuff for a cozy daily life.

When with the Knights, Finn had a townhouse that he shared with one of his teammates. He really enjoyed living with a teammate as he isn’t one to want to be alone. However, he prefers that his roommates not be party animals as Finn really enjoys his sleep. Now that he is with Texas, Finn will be staying in the basement of one of the other veteran defenseman the first year. This will help him get accommodated to the city and not have to worry about certain things that come with having to maintain a house or an apartment. No matter what happens, Finn has to be able to bring his cat, Max. When he does look for a more permanent residence, he will probably want somewhere within twenty to thirty minutes of the practice rink, arena, and the airport. This will make his commute as easy as possible which is important for him. He would also love to live near some more unique restaurants and coffee shops in the city. These are his favorite places to visit. Other than that, Finn just needs a quiet space for his gaming PC and desk set up. He really enjoys playing video games there. If his Texas roommates have a nice movie set up, he would also really love that.

Dave Heinrich: You got me the job to redesign the entire area around our arena, and somehow talked them into giving me an unlimited budget in the process? Why are you a sports agent?

Agent Tesla: Yes, and because it amuses me. Now Mr. Heinrich how are we going to make the perfect city center?

Dave Heinrich: Parking. If this is my job then I am going with the simplest and most logical use of the space and just turning it all into parking so that no one can complain about us not having enough parking for the arena.

Agent Tesla: Interesting! It seems that our initial approach is surprisingly similar so you will love my rough draft mock-ups as I think by using the Shimizu Mega-City Pyramid plans as a base we can create a far more functional surrounding neighborhood for the arena. If we have the base level be parking so that people can comfortably come from any given distance and then work in reliable transport options inside the pyramids then we not only have more parking than every other SHL arena combined, but also have the upper levels to provide the ultimate tourist destination.

Dave Heinrich: I thought they couldn't make that because there was not a material strong enough to support such a large structure?

Agent Tesla: There wasn't before I showed up, but with a little bit of gravity controlling magic there will be no problems whatsoever.

Dave Heinrich: Magic. Of course that is your answer. So we can throw in some Syndicate themed amusement park and then call it good as far as I am concerned?

Agent Tesla: So long as I get a tilt-a-whirl I will not complain about this plan of action.

Dave Heinrich: Deal!

I think that there are definitely a few necessities that need to be around the home arena of any major SHL franchise, or really any major team in any major league. First things first, the players need somewhere to stay so I would have a 5 star super classy hotel built somewhere near the arena for the visiting teams to stay at when they come to play the Argos. It would also have to have good security so that people couldn't mess with the teams when they are here. Next there would have to be some good attractions for the fans to be able to bring people into the area and keep them sticking around before and after games. A couple of high end bars and restaurants, as well as some cheaper fast food places for easy access to cheap food. Lastly, I think we would have to have an Argos theme going around the entire area, so that it ties in with the team.
First things first if I ever got the option to build a number of stuff around our arena, I would want to bring a number of attractions to near the New England Wolfpack arena. Although the arena is already popping with the Wolfpack starting to turn things around but I think it would be more beneficial to add amusement stuff to around the arena to boost each other's visitors every day. One of the attractions I had in mind was a haunted corn maze. I think it would be fun and would also be able to implement with scary wolves around. I would also imagine the possibility of having a zoo around with a number of wolf-based attractions or a special couple of enclosures for the New England Wolfpack wolves. Finally I think Costco would be a great place to have near the arena. Everyone loves dollar hotdogs at Blue Jays games and guess who has hotdogs for a dollar? Costco! people would come for costco as they are literally always packed and thats how we want our arena to be too
CREATIVE PROMPT – When the city of…wherever new England’s city is. We are more of a territorial area than a singular state or city. But wherever we are they needed a city planner and Makrus was bored so here he is. For his first order of business Makrus wants everyone to know he is going to be loyal to the heart of what makes this city great. By that he means we are going back to nature. That’s right. More parks, more trees, even some marshy swampland. Makrus has spent much of his career Playing and living with animal players. Makrus wants to help bridge the gap between human life and animal life. A large portion of downtown will be devoted to a turtle refuge. Of course this is all in hopes that his good friends Pasta the Turtle will come visit him sometime. Makrus is also stopping the development of large buildings. All buildings will now need to meet high environmental standards or be removed. Makrus will rule city planning with an iron fist. Until they tell him his budget and he decides to just give up and accept bribes from special interest groups.
