Hey guys! I’m doing a recap of the games throughout the season for the Kelowna Knights, in 3 segments (22 games each) then maybe playoffs after! Here's 1-22 and Enjoy!
Game 1 (10/4) vs

Cutter Gauthier - 3 G
Jauhnne Hawkey - 1 G, 1 A
Jordan Lafreniere - 2 A
Levi Bedrock - 1 G, 1 A
Mel Guolla - 1 G, 2 A
This game was a doozy to start off the season. The Colorado Raptors came out flying to start the first period, and went into intermission with a 3-0 lead. But Kelowna did not let that fly for too long as they came back and scored 4 unanswered in the 2nd, Cutter Gauthier with 2 of them. The 3rd was tense, each team playing phenomenal, but Mel Guolla extends the lead to 5-3 with 12 minutes left. then with 8 minutes left, Colorado's Sevrin Quinn brings it back to 5-4, a very close game. Colorado made a good shot but couldn't do it and Cutter Gauthier seals the deal with an empty net goal to secure the hat trick.
Game 2 (10/5) vs

Jordan Lafreniere - 1 G, 1 A
Lee King - 2 A
Dirk Dienhart - 2 A
Yuri Satoshi - 33 SV, .940 S%
Kelowna came into this game off of a back to back against Colorado the night before, and it was shown in the results. Maine went out flying that Kelowna couldn't match and before anybody knew it 20 minutes were gone and the Maine Timber was up 4-0 on the Kelowna Knights, with Jon-Isaac Forty-One getting pulled halfway through the period. The second Kelowna came out and played at Maine's pace, and the game was deadlocked for the period. The 3rd started out good, with David Corrigan netting his first of the season, but the Timber got another one right after to keep the 4 goal lead. Mel Guolla and Jordan Lafreniere each scored one after to make the score more respectable in the end, but it wasn't enough and Kelowna takes their first loss of the season.
Game 3 (10/7) vs
![]() Highlight Players
Aartholomew Bittokallio Lorequavius = 3 A
David Corrigan - 1 G, 1 A
Jauhnne Hawkey - 1 G, 1 A
Yuri Satoshi - 28 SV, .930 S%
Bouncing back 2 days after what was an embarrassing performance by the Knights, they dominated this game through and through. It felt like the whole game was spent in the offensive zone for the nights, after they put up 51 shots in the game. The first Kelowna was up 1-0, but after the 2nd it was over, with Kelowna having a 4-0 lead. Kelowna took 1 early to extend to a 5 goal lead, but Thunder Bay came back and scored 2, but not nearly enough to catch up to Kelowna that late in the game.
Game 4 (10/11) vs
![]() Highlight Players
Khalfani - 1 G, 1 A
David Corrigan - 1 G
Kelowna faced a rolling Quebec City that hadn't lost a game throughout the season yet, and they didn't let Kelowna change that. Right from the get go Kelowna found themselves trailing Quebec City by 3 goals with only half of the 1st period done. From there Kelowna seemed to play better, letting one more goal in at the start of the second, expanding the deficit to 4, but shut the door there. They came back with 2 goals spread through the 2nd and 3rd, but not nearly enough to catch the 4 Quebec City already put on the board.
Game 5 (10/12) vs
![]() Highlight Players
Jordan Lafreniere - 1 G, 2 A
David Corrigan - 2 G, 2 A
Erik Johnson - 3 A
Khalfani - 2 G
Bartholomew Aittokallio Lorequavius - 2 A
Ethan Hamilton - 1 G, 2 A
Rawbie Gardner - 2 A
Yuri Satoshi - 26 SV, .960 S%
Well, the first blowout of the season in the books! The first half of the 1st period were rough, going down 1-0 early, but once the Kelowna train starts rolling, there isn't no stopping it. Before Vancouver could even react they were heading to their locker rooms down 3-1. They came back with a vengeance in the second, and held Kelowna to 1 goal, but the 3rd they couldn't do anything about it, 4 unanswered goals to top the final score to 8 goals, a complete blowout.
Game 6 (10/16) vs

Jauhnne Hawkey - 2 G
Bartholomew Aittokallio Lorequavius - 3 A
David Corrigan - 3 A
Mel Guolla - 2 G

Pierre LeBlanc - 2 A
Levi Bedrock - 1 G
Wait. Didn't we already play the Citadelles this season? Didn't we lose to them? Aren't they still undefeated? Yeah, Kelowna didn't let that happen a second time. Kelowna put down the hammer onto the Quebec City Citadelles this time around. It was a fairly back and forth game, but Kelowna took that upper edge most of the time and mounted 8 on the board to their 5.
Game 7 (10/17) vs
![]() Highlight Players
Aartholomew Bittokallio Lorequavius - 1 G, 1 A
David Corrigan1 G, 1 A
Erik Johnson - 2 A
Dirk Dienhart - 2 G
Jon-Isaac Forty-One - 32 SV, .940 S%
This game was definitely a roller coaster of emotions. Not as bad as some of the games we have already played this season, but a nail biter for sure. Kelowna got on the board only 5 minutes into the first, a rocket from Dirk Dienhart, but things went downhill in the first from there. Nevada got 2 goals that period and went off with a 2-1 lead. But that was the end of it, as Kelowna came out roaring, and scoring 2 in each period to take the game 5-2. FOrty-One held the door for both of those periods as well, an amazing performance.
Game 8 (10/19) vs

Jon-Isaac Forty-One - 34 SV, .970 S%
Well, Kelowna was back at it again in Nevada after playing them 2 nights before. Right from the start, Kelowna dominated. Scoring 1 goal in each of the first two periods, then 2 in the third period to mount up to 4 in the game. Nevada got one in the third, but nothing further after that, and Kelwona rolled out of this double header against the Nevada Battleborn with 2 wins.
Game 9 (10/21) vs

Mel Guolla - 1 G, 2 A
Dirk Dienhart - 4 A
What a wildly entertaining game! First time this season that Kelowna has topped double digit in goals, and maybe the only time, who knows? Kelowna had 2 players with 5 points, 2 players with 4 points, and 3 players with 3 points. The chaos started right off of the get go here, Kelowna netting the first one before Great Falls buried 3 straight in the 1st period. Kelowna got one more back right at the end to head into the first intermission down 3-2. The second started with Kelowna coming out with a vengeance, scoring 2 straight, and Great Falls getting one at the end to be dead locked at 4 heading into the 2nd intermission. The 3rd period was where things really started to get chaotic, with Kelowna netting 6 goals in one period while Great Falls only scored 2. David Corrigan scored 2 to start off the 3rd, Great Falls got one back, Kelowna another 2, then Great Falls one more. Then Great Falls pulled their goalie and Kelowna capitalised on the empty net. With the cheers emanating throughout the arena, “We Want 10!”; Kelowna is in the offensive zone, Jordan Lafrenirere picks up the puck, 3 seconds left, a quick pass to Bartholomew Aittokallio Lorequavius, 2 seconds left, a pass to Jauhnne Hawkey for a one timer!! --- Scores! With one second left in the game!

FIRST SHUTOUT OF THE SEASON!!! Always fun to have a shutout! Overall, it was a fairly even game, Kelowna only putting up one goal in each of the periods, but Detroit was shut down heavy by the Kelowna defense which proved to be the game winner, as Detroit only put up a measly 14 shots all game, and Jon-Isaac Forty-One stopped all of them.

Cutter Gauthier - 1 G, 1 A
Jordan Lafreniere - 2 A

The start of this game looked really grim for Kelowna. By the end of the first they found themselves down 2-0, and then down 3-0 early in the 2nd. But once the Kelowna train starts rolling, there is no way it is stopping. Kelowna scored 2 in the second to bring it to 3-2, and the 3rd period was just a clean sweep. With 3 goals in the period by David Corrigan, and one from Ethan Hamilton, Kelowna ended up dominating after a rough start.

Well, that's another blowout in the books for Kelowna. Shoutout to Jordan Lafreniere with another 5 point game. The first was action packed, but horrible if you are a Tidal fan. By the end of the 1st, Kelowna was up 5-1. From there it was pretty even, ending the second 6-2, and the final 8-3. A solid game for the team!

Let's just skip past this one. This one hurts to talk about, considering we beat them fairly well 6 days ago by a score of 6-3. Jon-Isaac Forty-One played a really good 23 minutes after Satoshi got pulled, 1 goal on 14 shots.

This game was yet another great game against the Nevada Battleborn. Kelowna came into this game with confidence as they know that they beat Nevada the previous 2 times they played this season, and that confidence was shown as the Knights put up 2 in the first period. Nevada responded well in the second by scoring one and holding the Knights to none, but eventually into the third the Kelowna train was too much for the Battleborn to handle, and 2 more went by, leaving the game at a 4-1 final score.

This game was really fun to watch. The whole game it was going back and forth, 1-0 Yukon, 1-1 tie, 2-1 Yukon, 2-2 tie, 3-2 Yukon… then in the third period Kelowna took off, scoring 4 goals in a row to win the game 6-3. To see a game go from so close for 2 whole periods to a complete blowout in 20 minutes is sure an interesting game.

This was an entertaining game through and through. The first period was just one long, grinding game, where Detroit got a lucky bounce and went up 1-0. The second period started off with an equalizer from Aartholomew Lorequavius, but the falcons ended up adding another 2 to bring the score to 3-1. But then the Kelowna train started to finally get rolling, and Kelowna netted 5 in the 3rd period ending the game at a 6-3 final score. Another thing to point out the shots… Kelowna fired 60 shots at the Falcons netminder John Gibson.
Game 18 (11/12) vs

Cutter Gauthier - 4 G

This was a great game. Started off as a gritty battle where both teams were giving it all like it was the Four Star Cup Final. Kelowna ended up going down 2-0 after the first period, but didn’t stop pushing. Cutter Gauthier scored one at the start of the second but Quebec City matched it not long after. Then the third period started. Right from the get go everybody knew Kelowna came out to play. Levi Bedrock paved the way for Gauthier with a goal in the first minute, where Gauthier came along and scored goal number 2, 3, and 4 to finish the game at a score of 5-3.

Is that another zero! Second shutout of the season for the Kelowna Knights! Even though it wasn’t a very even game on the scoresheet, even shot wise (20 for VAN, 39 for KEL) it was a good, hard fought game between 2 rivals. Yuri Satoshi played a solid game, and the team capitalised on the momentum.

I really cannot complain about this game. Kelowna played a tight knit game overall, and just came up very short against a very strong Newfoundland Berserkers team that has been in the same race as Kelowna for top 3 in the league. Unfortunate that Kelowna couldn’t muster up a 3rd to send it even to OT, but sometimes that is the way things fall, and that's how it went

This game was a major blowout on the scoresheet for Kelowna. Not only holding Great Falls to one goal, and 25 shots total compared to Kelowna’s 51. It was a slow start though, going down 1-0 into the 2nd, but Kelowna shut them down and capitalized twice in both other periods. Overall a really solid game.

This hurts a lot I am not even going to lie to you. But yeah, this happened and we shall never speak of it again.
