I have traded a significant portion of my free time in exchange for the fun that comes with having a fake hockey player. It still feels a little bit ridiculous, but I absolutely love it!

Way back in the S46 offseason my player, Nicholas Williams, was traded a handful of times before signing in free agency with New Orleans. My rights were traded from Winnipeg to Edmonton and then to Texas. So that's cool.

Every day I trade my work time for SHL and PBE related activities. The good news is I typically have a bit of down time early in the morning where I can fit the tasks in that I need to get done. But every so often I bite off more than I can chew.

I have not traded anything in this league yet player wise, but I have made some sigs for other users, and I just wanted to give them a shoutout for encouraging me to keep learning!

I would say my favorite trades so far is the money I 'traded' on graphics. I think a good signature should be equipped with as many player sigs as possible. There's nothing like a signature loaded a bunch of player sigs that it's a new one every time you refresh the page.

I'm going all the way back to S33 for this one. I was co-GM of the Montreal Militia at the time, and helped my head GM Copenhagen put together a trade for Vancouver Whalers GM/Player Adam Kaiser. The trade was a 1st (VAN), 3rd (MTL), and 6th (MTL) for Kaiser and a 2nd (VAN). The Whalers would go on to draft the legendary Robert Phelps with the 1st, while Adam Kaiser would be instrumental in bringing the Four Star Cup to Montreal that season. That championship is still one of my fondest memories of my time on this site, and without acquiring Kaiser I think we might have come up just short in our matchup against the two-time defending champs, the Kelowna Knights.

The best trade I've made is trading for Spartan. He's such a great guy in Newfoundland and when I saw he was available I had to take the opportunity. He's been a great addition to Edmonton and I am so glad I was able to get him!

I’ve never been involved in any actual SHL Trade, whether that be as a player or management. However, I have traded money for some sick sigs before, so that was worth it.

Nathan consistently trades the lack of sleep to have good times in Philly. Not only does he burn the midnight oil being out and partying he is up and ready to go for all the morning optional skates. Only way to push forward is to sweat it out.

I traded a lot of things back in the day as gm, but one of the biggest trades i ever did was paid somebody way too money in free agency so that I we could win them in free agency. it was the largest contract at the time but it didn't really work out. womp womp
