The only reason I would leave Philly for a different team is if they removed the ever flowing keg of Barq's or if they added a competing keg of any other beverage.

I likely wouldn't go to free agency voluntarily, unless something real weird happened in the locker room. I could see it happening if my team decided to move on from my regressing player and rebuild, though i'd imagine they'd look for a trade first.

I've never really been one to test free agency, too much guilt. In cases where I've come close I gave the team a heads up so they could get some value, and then ended up staying wherever I got traded for the long haul.

I've sought out new teams in free agency a few times, typically out of necessity. I'm unsure when players actually have a right to be an unrestricted free agent anyway.

It would take a lot of money to make me go to free agency. And I already have a lot of money so.... Looka like I don't go free agent any time soon.

Honestly, I have never really touched Free Agency on any of my players in almost any league, outside of stressing my GMs out, so I think it would be an interesting thing to actually do and see how much my player might be wanted.
