Prompt 2
I think for me personally there hasn't really been a lot of drop off for the New England Wolfpack. We've been up and down but in general we've managed to be competitive basically every single season I've been here. We haven't once missed the playoffs but we have had varied levels of playoff success. We made the finals back to back in S74 and S75, winning it all in S74 and then getting swept the next season. Then, after that we still managed to make the playoffs but we ended up losing in the first round to the Hamilton Steelhawks. So really things do go up and down but in general I think I have to be grateful that I have such a great GM duo that keeps us competitive for so long. I don't see us really falling off any time soon if I'm being 100% honest with you. It is tough for Pork Tenderloin to bring it back after some tough losses but in general the motivation to keep going comes from the team as a whole.

Jack Booth's journey to becoming a top shot blocker in the SMJHL has been all about overcoming challenges. Before his junior career took off, Jack was faced a serious injury that could have ended his hockey dreams before they even started. But with the strong support of his parents, John and Brenda, Jack stayed focused on getting better and returning to the ice. They were there through every grueling rehab session, every moment of doubt, always reminding him that setbacks are just part of the journey, not the end. Their encouragement helped Jack push through his recovery and make the bold decision to enter the SMJHL through waivers, even though it is an unconventional path. Now, in his fourth year with the St. Louis Scarecrows, Jack is on the verge of breaking the SMJHL shot block record. This achievement is a testament to his hard work and determination. Jack’s story shows that with perseverance and strong support, you can turn tough times into success. A powerful reminder that challenges can be turned into opportunities for greatness. WC:176

Cook off nice! Well it is really lucky that my player loves to cook. But after being with the team for a while now One thing that my player has learned is that everyone in that locker room has a trick up their sleeve when it comes to cooking or a secret recipe that they have been saving for this exact situation and they e spent their whole lives perfecting for this exact cook off. Well the recipe that my player has been perfecting for all of their lives while waiting for a spontaneous cook off with hit SHL teammates is going to have to be fried chicken, But not just any type of fried chicken. His favorite type fried chicken which would be Korean style fried chicken. More specifically the garlic soy kind. Nothing on this planet beats garlic soy fried chicken with an ice cold beer on the side and his teammates will soon find that out

Prompt 1 - 162 words
The Steelhawks have decided to have a cook off between the boys after an argument about who is the better cook on the team. Trevor tries to opt out of the competition, but the boys weren't going to let him get out of it that easy. Naturally he was pretty nervous because all he knows how to cook is chicken fingers, which is technically just heating up frozen food but don't tell that to Trevor. So, with that in mind Trevor hatches a plan to steal a teammates meal once he's cooked it, but who will the victim be? After some careful thought, Trevor choses to steal from Bnana Nwaffles, with the hopes he makes some bananas and waffles, because afterall, the food is right there in his name. But just like many of Trevors other brilliant plans, he gets caught, like almost right off the bat and gets disqualified from the cook off. so ultimately it's a win - win for Trevor!

Prompt #1 :
Elliot Alderson would not be pleased with a cookoff. He can barely cook, he eats like a gremlin. He knows everything about computers, but nothing about cooking food. however, the team is still looking at Elliot expecting him to cook, since this is what a good teammate should do. After great consideration, Elliot opts for a salad, since this is one of the easiest thing he can do. But first, he makes sure to hack into his teammates phones to look up their personal notes and private family recipes. This is too easy for him, having all of this information in the "cloud". They really think this info is secured. After the cookoff, the winner is chosen. Elliot did not win. Elliot did not care. He knew all of his teammates secrets, so why bother winning a stupid competition like this? How about a hacking competition instead? That is something Elliot would like to do! 157 words Credit: xjoverax

Registered S23, S45 Challenge Cup Champion Code: Written Option 1: Players on your team agree to have a get-together during the offseason. Innocent argument over what to eat during the meet developes into a cook off, each player will be cooking a meal while rest will grade it, but only the best cooks stands as a champion. Johnny FourStar would definitely win the cook off. He would make his world renowned 4 Star Chili recipe. Like all great chili's, this one starts with BEEF. Chuck to be exact. Then we add the onions and garlic. We allow everyone to get to know one another in the pot before we add the namesake ingredient, those a spicy peppers. I do a mix of Habanero, jalapeno, and if you can find it, a couple small Thai style chili's. Then it's time for the seasonings. Those are.. Psyche! I'm not giving away the key to my 4 star Chili. Let's just say there's a little something spicy, a little something sweet, a little something bitter, and a little something smoky. All of which rounds out into a rich and delightful flavor. Then what do we do? We'll we let it simmer baby. Everything gets nice and tender as we get it ready to serve. Everyone is going to be in awe of this amazing chili. Especially when we serve it with the most important aspect of the dish, fluffy buttered cornbread. Yum!

Something the rest of the team simply doesn't know about Gwendolyn is her hobby as a cook! They always watched her walk in with some sort of pre-made meal for after practice, but she usually hunches over it while drawing. To everyone's surprise, they would witness her flip into a cooking outfit within seconds and begin her tasks. A buckwheat pancake always catches the judges' taste buds. While she does this, she sneaks in different ingredients. A tablespoon of cinnamon in an otherwise tart dish, a half cup of sugar switched with salt for someone's crumble, and plenty other underhanded tactics will cause her chances of winning to skyrocket.
As the competition would come to a close, the team would present their dishes to the judges... and yet they would only notice Gwendolyn's to have some balance of flavors. A competition that seemed to have some semblance of fair play would quickly fall apart shortly after as Gwendolyn was the only one with a truly acceptable dish.

Athletes are always hungry. In fact, all SMJHL players went to see the Olympics at Paris during the offseason, but there was a huge problem: Food Shortage. Even if players will eat a lot, they didn’t have all the proteins to get good. So, they host a small competition to see who is the best cook amongs all the players and they organize a small Olympic competition of cooking. Each team member will have 1 player who cooks and will be rated by three judges: Snugglemuffin the III, Gordon Ramsay and Thomas Bach. Volta was named for the cooking competition for the Tidal and shows off pretty well. In fact, before playing hockey, he was a talented cook because of every allergy he has that can’t let him eat well. He won because of that but the cooking competition was all a family and some fun time with everyone for the summer times, before the whole season will start again. Patya thinking he have much big advantage in this scenario. Patya in past few years been much getting into cooking. Am have done many recipes and am at point where always been getting pretty rave reviews from Kristen Landry and all of friends of Kristen and Patya. Patya going to learn to use the skills he am been honing over past few years for get leg up on competition. Patya not really think for use family recipes, because most is not much for hockey player palette. Also, not many Russians in league so Patya not make these dishes. Patya thinking am maybe make some delicious tri tip with chimichurri, and best mashed potatoes anyone am ever been having. Patya knowing he will win, because Patya am easily best cook on team, so really not worried about whether or not going to be champion. Patya have much confidence here. Patya also not just great cook, but am also watch much competition cooking show and knowing how important is for think fast and stay cool under pressure of short prep time. Patya knowing he got this!

By far the biggest "aw fuck it's SO over" moment I've
had…. happened in the J. My experience in the SHL proper (scolding to distribute my TPE before a deadline aside, sorry Eddie!) has been brief and one of playing with house money so far. The J was a different story - because of the huge draft class the Quebec City Citadelles pretty much always had some expectation to win the Four Star Cup at the outset of the season, and somehow it wouldn’t happen. The worst of it was the third season for sure. Semifinals against Colorado, we’re up 2 games to none. Vibes are at an all time high. And then… we drop a game. Whatever, we’ll recover and win the series… and then lose the series in 6. Absolutely sucked shit. Whole team had to kinda take the off-season to process that, but it especially sucked realizing we only had one more shot after that before we all went to the SHL. We kinda had to come together as a team to refocus and lock in. I think it worked out well enough

IIHF Federation Head Toast's Idiot of the Year 2021
After watching his father win multiple Challenge Cups along with stories of his grandfather's championships, Jesus Murphy has a great deal to live up to. The first great aspiration of his career was to do something no one in his family had managed to do - win a Four Star cup during their junior hockey career. As part of a strong S74 SMJHL class for the Anchorage Armada, things looked to be trending in the direction of a contention window led by the hulking centreman. However, for both Murphy and the team as a whole, things just never really took off. He was able to put up good but not great numbers and the team ended up selling assets in his final year rather than load up, leaving Murphy to play out the string. It was a massive disappointment for a player who was seemingly letting down his draft position in both the SMJHL and SHL drafts, and the disappointment hit close to home. However, both of the previous generations of Murphy took some time before they became champions, so the path is still there should the hard work and commitment remain.

Rasmus isn't the most talented cook. but he's an absolute specialist in the kitchen. He has his one or two dishes, and he executes them to perfection everytime that he makes them. He might actually have a shot in this competition, despite not knowing what it means to 'fold the cheese in'. He'll be making the standard KD using the directions on the box. This is the optimal meal as it doesn't require any knife skills (of which he has none), and there are directions on the box so all he has to do is read that (despite the fact that reading is in fact very hard). There'll be the perfect balance of liquid and powder, so the sauce is just the perfect consistency. There'll be some meats added in to give it protein, but not so much as to overwhelm the KD flavour. It's an absolute masterclass in makign KD as it's supposed to be made, without no absurd variations like ketchup pasta.
