I think I found a bug in the weekly training restrictions @.bojo @Weretarantula

I bought training on Sunday May 10 at 11:42pm ET, intended for the week of AC314

When I go to buy training for this week (AC315), this is what I see:

Is there some weird datetime handling going on here? Or is the training deadline not on Sundays at 11:59pm ET?

Unfortunately this is 100% something only bojo can fix, and I know he's been working on it. Do a custom claim for now and link to that instead.
