I personally believe that San Francisco will be a dominant team in 6 seasons.  Most of their prospect base is really solid and while they are still at the bottom of the leaderboards I do believe their GMs are drafting right and they are set up in a fantastic spot to be a contender in a couple seasons down the road.  Another team I see competing with San Francisco is New Orleans.  I got to talk with some of their scouts and I truly do believe they are moving in the right direction with a half rebuild and half contending, they recently got a lot of prospects and will be a force to reckon with along with San Francisco.  For the east I believe Atlanta and New England will be fighting over dominance in the east.  New England is a hunch mostly but I can truly see Atlanta competing and this isn't due to bias as a prospect for them either.  I truly do believe in the GM to build a team that will fight tooth and nail for the championship year in and year out!  Those are the four teams I think will dominant the league in about a years time.

There's plenty that could be said here about which teams will be sitting at the top.  Buffalo and Hamilton could still be there as long as they're able to continue replenishing their prospect system and they remain as active as a whole as the team has been historically.  Otherwise I would say in 1 year we will see the reigns of Tampa Bay, Minnesota, Seattle and Winnipeg as all will have, hopefully, by this time separated the wheat from the chaff and any sore IA contracts will have been gone.  These teams have already gone to great lengths the last few seasons...sometimes at great costs, to start rebuilding and plugging holes where they need filled and I truly think once those new players start reaching their peak earnings and builds its fully possible to see one of them sitting with the cup in their hands.  This is a year from now though, so who knows...maybe all of these potential risers could completely bottom out too and set a record for an 0-66 season instead of 0-50.

Even though this is so far away and anything can happen, based on the history of certain teams, I would have to think that both the Buffalo Stampede and the Hamilton Steelhawks will continue to be top teams in the SHL. I think both of these teams have continued to work on their roster and make sure there aren’t large amounts of turnover and they continue to be contenders. There is always a willingness to make a splash to ensure the roster is at the top of it’s game and will continue to be down the line. Whether or not this strategy works down the line will remain to be seen, but it hasn’t showed any negative effects just yet.

Outside of the current top teams, I’ll have to put my vote on San Francisco. I think Agent Smith has done a great job with the team accumulating lots of prospects to stock the pipeline that they should continue to see an influx of players coming in to the SHL and helping them out. I hope they can continue that and keep players in San Francisco to become one of the good teams in the league.

In about 7-8 seasons, you're going to see a new team at the top of the heap. They are struggling a little bit right now and have for a few seasons, but they are on the edge of finishing their rebuild and should be legit cup contenders in this time frame. Of course, I'm talking about the Minnesota Chiefs.

They've got some fantastic young pieces that are in the SHL right now that will be in the heart of their prime. I'm talking about Jack Klompus, Rocco Berni, and Alex Marshall at the top of the list. With them, though, they will also be adding two high end prospects in Rock Strongo, Asclepius Perseus Flitterwind, and Kynwyl Pearce. That's an elite class of playes right there to build a team around and they will all be in their prime in about 7 seasons. It's going to be hard to game plan against that talent and they will lead the Chiefs to contendership for a long time. Get to know the names now, they are going to be the cream of the crop in the SHL very shortly.

In six seasons or so? The early season 60's are around when all the incredible young Texas players should be peaking. I know it's hard to believe because we're already so dangerous and in the running to win the West-- but we have 6 or 7 players en route to hitting 2k TPE around that time.

Off the top of my head, Scianna, Kekkonen, Hudson, Williams, Sondergaard, and myself will all be hovering around our peaks that season. If we're able to keep the band together and under the cap, we're going to make this season's division leading Renegades look like child's play. It will be absolute hell for everyone else in the league. I will see to it personally.

I don't know the first thing about cap management, but I have the utmost faith in Puoli and RedCape. I truly think that the Renegades are just starting a 6-10 season contention window, and come January 2022, we'll hopefully be at our deadliest!

Wow, it seems like this PT was made for North Stars players. As I said in my recent media post, I think the North Stars will be a pushing force in S60's and on. With the roster we have now, it is clear that we need a couple more seasons to ripen and then will blossom in the near future. I think we will be a playoff team for sure and hopefully contend for cups. This team is really young and I think in 2021 we will be a force to reckon with, our only down fall is that we are in the Great Lakes which is a powerhouse right now, but I think if all things go in our favor and certain teams start to age, we can take their spot. I might be biased but also i wholeheartedly believe we will be a force and our roster will be pretty solid by then.

so for this pt like everyone is saying just buffalo, hamilton, or their current team but let me go more off the board and name a different team that looks like they could be pretty pogchamp in the near future, the atlanta inferno based of course out of atlants georgia. they have a couple swell dudes as GMs which is pretty neat and its helped the team get more swell dudes in free agency like rex kirby, elijah jomes and nolan sawchunk. they also have good current players who will still be good then like otter and that zheng guy. They have carlos and patty too and they're a couple cool guys who are coming along nicely and will peak around then. That pablo salvtaciti guy is a good prospect too, he scored 4 goals against st louis which was pretty sick since I'm the gm he scored 4 goals against st louis for. simon leblanc kinda sucks but we can look past that and focus on good things. their goalie is young and improving too but tbf goalies dont matter so idk why im bothering saying it lol.

There should be several teams competing for the cup that have been in a rebuild for some time. In the Atlantic, Baltimore, Tampa, and New England should all be strong contenders. In the Great Lakes, if everything goes right, Toronto should be the kings of that division finally with Buffalo and Hamilton sticking around. In the Southwest, Texas will likely be at the tail end of their peak. I can’t see anyone else in that division being huge contenders that far in the future. In the Northwest, it’s a huge mess and I don’t see anyone really being a contender for the cup there. I could see literally any team being the division winner, but I expect any of them would be a first round exit. So of these, I think the team that is building the best are the North Stars and I expect them to be at their peak at this point. The Platoon are up there, but probably 1-2 more seasons away from their absolute peak.

Nevada Battleborn are finally having the cinderella season they'd been trying to achieve since their inception. Rude Sniff, suffering from brain damage after a brutal thunderdome spat with a member of the Anchorage Armada, was declared mentally unfit for the SHL anymore, but seemed to mentally perform on par with SMJHL players easily. He returns to Nevada and leads them on this, their break out season. He puts up 90 points, 80 of them are goals. While the team only scores 80 goals for, they manage to keep all 60 games to a grand total of 15 goals against for the best goals for/against differential in the league. Rude Sniff lifts the cup. A lot of things can change during this year, a change to FHM7 would notably have an interesting influence over how team strategies and tactics evolve.

I think that the Pride is a team to look out for. They will be on a constant rise this year and will start being particularily dangerous around the same date next year. Their young roster players such as Henrik Lekberg Osterman, Sven Svenson and many more will reach an elite level, and that batch of prospects they have will start doing real damage. Seven of these cubs took part in the S57 SMJHL All-Star Game last weekend, and a few more of them received votes but didn't quite make it. This impressive prospect pool will come in very strong for the Pride. Maybe they won't quite be contenders yet in 365 days, but they definitely will be a lot closer to it than they are right now and will keep getting closer for the year after that too.

Tampa Bay is a team with a burgeoning core on the later end of a full rebuild and will be baller af in the next few seasons and will probably have a cup contender window right around the season 63 or 64 mark, if not earlier. A good solid group of guys who know how to meme but who also make up a big group of players that will mature at basically the same time mean that the only problem Tampa Bay will face is a possible cap crunch. I planned on retiring around that time so I hope that Atlanta will also be good so I can go out on top when I retire around that time. The other team that will rule the league will be Hamilton because of course it fucking will, that is just how they do it. Welcome to the dawn of 2022! We've had a tumultuous year here, as we've begun to see the likes of Hamilton and Buffalo fall apart at the seams. They did a good job supplementing their elite rosters with young talent, but due to one reason or another, they have fallen off. No longer does #DrainTheLakes trend in the Greater Toronto Area, the shriveled husk of Harry Carpet enjoys his place at the top of the standings in the Great Lakes Division. He faces 1/3 and sometimes 1/4 of the shots he did in his youth, allowing his geriatric ass to put together a hall of fame worthy career in the wins column. The Platoon sit in the 2nd tier of the Atlantic, fighting upwards against the Wolfpack and Barracuda who are the heavyweights in the division. The Rage languish at the bottom, as their strategy of optional drafting finally bit them in the ass. It is a wacky and wild world here.

Look, all of you may be laughing at all of us on the San Francisco Pride right now. We're sitting at 11 wins and we are absolutely overjoyed because we totally crushed our casino prediction. There's a method to our madness, you know. We're excited now because we're excited about the future, and in a year from now in the REAL WORLD the Pride will be dominating all these other silly teams and winning all the cups. Why? We've got the prospects, y'all! We gutted the team for the future and now the future is starting to get called up. First the S55 players, then the S56 players, then we will TAKE OVER THE WORLD! And my boy Alex Petrenko is going to be here leading the way.
